Falls of Beechnut has excellent exterior and interior maintenance. I love how they maintain the area well cleaned and they’re always prioritizing on what the residents need in their apartment. I totally recommend these apartments.
It's a safe place to live. We have a good customer service and, greater neighborhood.
I have been living here for three and a half years and it's getting worse by the day. The maintenance crew and office staff can barely speak english and comprehend. There is so many issues going on here til it's pathetic. My lease will be up soon and i can't wait. So long to the headache. I'm moving on to something spectacular. I feel sorry for the next tenant who moves here or in this apartment. The a/c has been an ongoing issue since the start but i have something better in my future. Yeah!!!
I've live here for the past 2 years now, love my apartment and rent is comfortable. Ever since the new management took over maintenance has been the worst. Do not have the patience nor the time to go to the leading office to report the same issue. Im gone after my lease is up.
If I could give this complex -5 starts I would! I have lived her far to long, and not once have I had a good experience with anyone. When I first moved in the leasing agent promised me that they were doing upgrades and upping the rent to get undesirable people out of the complex, that was the only reason I moved in. Once I started to get settled i realized that the adults here are careless and let their children run around the complex and do as they please. I lived next to one of the maintenance men for a few moths and he would have people over until 3/4 in the morning, they would blast music and have their children screaming on the top of their lungs. When I would go out and ask them to keep it down because my 9 month old is trying to sleep he would just laugh it off and keep it going... I have never been so mad in my life! Now the units themselves.... they seem okay, when I moved in they promised me dark wood cabinets and granite countertops; when I got here all I had was painted over 50 year old cabinets and spry granite. When I called the office to ask them about it, they all acted like they had no idea what was going on and refused to give me the number to corporate! I got it anyway, with a lot of digging. It was then that I had the countertops installed.... but I guess that doesn't matter to much when the unit is INFESTED with roaches! I had started to see them here and there, and then I started to see egg sacks, baby roaches all over the place and when I looked closely I noticed they were living in the walls in the kitchen. I started to clean using ammonia and roach spray (which were not ideal considering I have two SMALL children in my home) and they just seems to move to other paces in the unit. I see them crawling on the celling, in the bathtub, IN MY KIDS ROOOM. I fear so much that they are going to crawl in their ears that I started putting them to bed with beaning to cover them! I can keep going for days about the reasons why you should not move in these apartments, but if that wasn't enough... there is no convincing you!! Good luck!
THIS APARTMENT LOOKS GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE MANAGEMENT DO THERE BEST ON THE INSIDE BUT THE COMMUNITY IS BAD AND THE PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY LIVE MAKES THESE APARTMENTS LOOK POOR.....
***DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT*** I have been living in this apt for almost 9 months, there are roaches, ant.They never changes the appliances every thing is just old.pool never open, they change the water bill policy just to make improvements on the complex!!!The manager is never in the office..If you need the manager for anything you have to waits weeks or months..The coin machine is always out of money
