The Emerson is an amazing location to live. I really like the apartment layouts and the options for the amenities inside them. Some of my favorite locations to spend my time are at the volleyball court as well as playing Corn hole at one of their locations inside the apartment complex. Another fun way I pass the time is at the beautiful poolside. I have been recommending this place to all my friends.

The community always stays clean and any repairs or maintenance is always done fast and the correct way! The maintenance crew and the office crew is always super nice, professional and helpful!
Small space based on price is to much. I could have a mortgage for the price. But it's very nice if you enjoy the apartment life. I've enjoyed my experience here this year!

Friendly staff and the apartment setup is not like living in most apartments. The little fenced in yard and storage space is not common in Most one bedroom apartments, i loved those features.

Parking is a huge issue and we're not even at capacity. There's not enough parking for tenants let alone guests.
