Folks enjoying a brisk walk, bike ride and if you’re lucky you’ll see a deer standing poised on the side near the trees. It’s quiet, peaceful…and as you approach Bexley it is like you have been transported somewhere else away from the hustle and bustle of the city to a scenic, majestic, European flair of living. The staff is amazing. It’s all about how they can serve you. To make you feel like you are home. From the leasing staff to the maintenance no matter what the task may be it truly is service with a smile. They really enjoy their jobs and love helping people. It starts at the top with great management. My wife and I don’t feel like we’re living in an apartment but guest in a luxurious estate with many amenities beyond the norm. Hands down best apartment complex I've lived in and have been in a few! So much professionalism in this community from the quality, amenities, Team in the office to the Maintenance Team!! Coming to the community for the first time was a great experience. Daniel helped us with touring the community, picking an affordable apartment and answering all of our questions and concerns. I feel like we definitely bothered him with multiple phone calls and in person conversations but he made the whole process smooth and we couldn’t thank him enough! As far as the property goes the community is great, the other residents here are great and I feel like you can really get your money’s worth living here.

Great complex! Leasing manager (Daniel) made touring, applying, and signing my lease a seamless process. He is very friendly and knowledgable about the community and apartments. I would highly recommend working with him. The units themselves are very nice and updated, maintenance is quick and efficient, he community amenities are very well kept, the complex itself is very well kept, and in a quiet area. Units themselves are also very quiet. I like that you must have a key fob to get into the buildings as well as the unit itself as an extra layer of security. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

The Collective is like your favorite gift! Modestly wrapped from the outside, yet full of surprises when you open it!
