Situated just west of Downtown Richmond, the Fan is a historic district containing one of the nation’s largest collections of early 20th-century Victorian homes. The Fan is named for how the streets in the neighborhood physically fan out westward from scenic Monroe Park to the Boulevard.

Historic & Good Location
This is the perfect location for getting to my office and being near everything in the Richmond area. It is large for the area, but is in need of updating. The air conditioning and heating are not very effective. The shared courtyard is not maintained and the outside porches are in need of repair. The appliances are dated, but functional. I love the historic feel of the apartment, especially the ceilings. The location and size are what makes this apartment great for me.
