Now that I have been here for more than 6 months I am very happy that I picked this complex to move to. The location is great with easy access to stores and the highway. The office staff is kind, helpful, and great to chat with. They plan monthly resident activities that make living here fun while creating opportunities to meet your neighbors. The neighbors I have met have all been friendly. The building itself is constructed well as I am able to enjoy my unit peacefully not hearing lots of exterior noise.

After a year of residency at Bromley At Brighton Crossings, I have to say the property has been 4.5 stars all the way. From cleanliness to problem resolution. The amenities are always clean and trash is always picked up as planned. When you have a problem they respond with either a solution or a compromise fix. Thank You

Thank you so much for your kind words, Juan. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.
I lived at the Bromley for almost a year and it has been a good experience. The staff are fantastic. Truly - they're great. Maintenence concerns are always followed up on and everyone is nice. What gets me about living here is the other tenants and this is not the fault of the Bromley. Not a single soul picks up after their dogs. I find dog poop in the hallways and trash littered throughout the stairwells. Mulitple times I've walked out to the smell of dog pee. The staff is quick to respond if that occurs but they shouldn't have to clean it up this many times. It's weekly. Wild. People do not care. But life inside the four walls of the apartment is swell and I have no issues to report. If you can ignore the people around you, there will be no issues. And even with these people, it's the exception and not the rule. No place is perfect and you will always have to contend eith other people. Brighton isn't the greatest place on earth by a long shot, but I feel safe and comfortable living at the Bromley, especially for the price. The little things are easy to get over.

My fiancé and I have lived at The Bromley for about a year now. Overall, it’s a great apartment complex. The space is really nice with modern appliances and great features. The price is pretty good for what you get compared to other complexes in surrounding areas. The amenities are an excellent perk. The staff is really nice and helpful, and they make an effort to plan community events and encourage socializing for those who want it. The biggest thing we don’t like about it is the noise levels. The walls are very thin—we bought a noise machine because we can hear our neighbor snoring through the walls at night. The worst part is the apartment above us. We’ve had trouble with a few tenants in that apartment who have kids and make excessive noise. Some noise is obviously to be expected with apartment living, but the thin walls/ceilings have made it really frustrating to live below children. The staff has mostly been really great about trying to help us resolve the noise issues. They’re very responsive and make courtesy calls. But ultimately there’s not much they can do about it. So I recommend a third floor apartment (or another complex altogether) if you’re worried about/sensitive to noise. Our only other complaint would be the quality of the WiFi. Internet is included in the amenities fee, so you can’t choose your own provider. And the network they use is unreliable. Our router is in the closet of the second bedroom and we have virtually no internet service in our master bedroom on the other side of the apartment (they’re not that far apart). Obviously this is not the fault of the complex, but something to consider as you search for an apartment. Otherwise, it’s been a nice place to live and great value for what you pay.

I can go on about how gorgeous and modern my home is. When people hate an apartment it's always a problem with maintenance or office staff. They are kind, welcoming, supportive, and ALWAYS prompt. Never had an issue and am so thankful for all of the staff that is here.

I have lived here for nearly a full year. Over the years, I have lived in a dozen or so apartments, across seven cities, and three states. Pros: *Wonderful staff (truly make an effort to accommodate tenant needs and build relationships; perhaps most importantly, they continue to be friendly, courteous, and responsive AFTER you move in) *Excellent maintenance response (typically same day resolution; it is worth noting that this is a new complex, but as long as they scale the maintenance staff in accordance with need, this should continue) *Great amenities (heated pool and massive hot-tub are open 365 days/yr; 24hr gym; clubhouse offices for those who work from home; fast, reliable internet) *Grocery and fast-food within walking distance *Extensive retail within a five minute drive *Quiet nights (it is very rare to have any late night disturbances; I can't say it has NEVER happened, but arguably less frequent than when I owned my own home) *Close to Denver and Golden (only 25 - 30 minutes without traffic, respectively) *Open floor-plans *Great bathrooms and closets Cons: *Neighbors leaving yuppy dogs out, seemingly ALL day (they bark at anyone and anything that passes by; this is not an issue at night) *No overflow parking (this is important for anyone with more than one car per leaseholder; you will need to lease a garage - about 10%-12% increase in rent or park in the street) *Small bedrooms (if you have a king sized bed, it will take up roughly 70-80% of your bedroom; so, working from home will need to be from the living room, an office in the clubhouse, or you'll need an extra bed-room) *Price (this is purely subjective; however, a town like Brighton, rent should be at least $400 - $500 less than it is) Other Considerations: *Some inconsiderate neighbors (some people feel that because they pay rent, it somehow entitles them to abuse amenities, yell, and trash the place; this gets addressed by staff, but if worth considering) *Security will kick you out of all the amenities except the gym after 10pm (this is something that was never an issue until some people abused it) *If you have an infant, consider the noise levels of dogs and upstairs neighbors (your child(ren) may have their naps disrupted during the day) *Roosters (not really, but many of the same people who leave their dogs out, often put them out at 6:30 or 7am; so, if you like to sleep in or work nights, this may be an issue) Bottom Line: Definitely check it out!
We have no complaints, staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and great work.

Thank you for the glowing review Ashley! We are all so thrilled you are enjoying your new home and look forward to seeing you at many more resident events to come!
I absolutely love living here. Not only are the apartments extremely nice (they were built 2021-2022) and they are extremely comfortable and luxurious, but the most important part is that the leasing office ACTUALLY CARES about you. Many leasing offices make you feel inhumane for your needs, I absolutely love Lynsee and Cat, they go out of your way to make you feel like you belong and that you matter to them. Our amenities are absolutely amazing as well! Thank you guys for everything that you do for us!

This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars. Luxury living, great amenities, close to lots of places, but still quiet as well. The people here go above and beyond for the residences. The leasing office cares about the people here and provide the best experience. While Maintance is super quick to respond to any problem. Overall, the best place I’ve ever lived.
