Property Ratings at The Bradford
Some tenants have been smoking in their apartments for over a year. There is no retail due to the ongoing lawsuit. There is no gym. There are no other amenities without being charged extra. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment, I would not recommend.
I enjoyed living here for the past year despite issues with extremely noisy neighbors. However, there is new management that raised monthly rent by $400 and is now charging $300 (+$300 refundable deposit) to reserve the rooftop deck, which was previously a free service. The rooftop deck is the only amenity at this complex and is supposed to function as a common, shared space. Now, during a time of social reconnection, they’ve decided to profit off the high demand and only allow people with a spare $600 to use the space to celebrate. The new management doesn’t care about the residents - they only care about money, which is disappointing and disgusting.
