Cheesman Park gives residents a place to call home within walking distance to most amenities. This calm, laidback residential area is best known for its namesake green space known for its large grassy lawns, shaded jogging trails, and neoclassical marble pavilion with dazzling fountains. You can find live performers and diverse, inclusive cultural events throughout the year here. Cheesman Park is home to the Denver Botanic Gardens as well, attracting locals and visitors to view gorgeous themed gardens.
One of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the large residential homes and mansions of earlier days have given way to towering high-rise homes with views of the Mile High City and charming apartments in mid-rise buildings. Cheesman Park is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in Denver and offers a great location. There are several cozy coffee shops, cafes, and craft-cocktail bars surrounding the neighborhood.

Property Ratings at The Bentley
I lived here for 9 months and the maintenance was horrible. The tub was literally peeling with rust all over it. The crew came and barely addressed the sealants that were cracking. The radiator above me was leaking (both radiators in the unit were) and this caused a hole in the ceiling, it took a month and me complaining for them to fix it. The building has some bubbling in the ceilings (moisture problems) that the leasing people are afraid to even check. The kitchen smelled moldy and it was impossible to get rid of it. The bathroom had holes in the wall and the crew did not fix them. The window in the bedroom did not close completely and the crew said that they were not fixing them. I used to rent in the dc area and lived in way older buildings that were obviously better maintained than this one, yet their excuse for the poor up keeping of the Bentley was its age. I strongly recommend not moving here. As I was moving out I talked to 3 tenants, 2 moving out and another who was planning on leaving. All of them said that living there was a horrible situation.
