I have been at the Bellagio for 5 years. It is a wonderful community. It feels more like home each year I’m here. The community is safe. The staff on property are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is top notch. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to keep the property running.
The Bellagio has been a great place to call home. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to requests. Additionally, the community offers a number of amenities, while going above and beyond, to plan community events.
Can't complain about living here. Things get done in a timely matter. Maintenance takes care of everything right away. The staff is amazing like always!!
Couldn't be happier after my 1st yr here. Beautiful property with an amazing staff. Pet friendly with the best neighbors. Love the food trucks on Wednesdays as well !

I've been a resident at The Bellagio for 4 years now and my overall experience has been positive. The staff is great and takes good care of the property grounds. The maintenance always responds to requests in a fast and timely manner. Living at The Bellagio has been my best resident experience thus far.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this complex. The office staff and maintenance are always on point and ready to help with any issue you may have.
The past 4.5 years have flown and the stay here has been great. We encountered a small problem but the staff took care of this immediately. Great amenities, plenty of parking, large garage to fit my 96 Impala SS, amazing all around.

All has been a pleasant move in with a few repairs that had to be tweaked. Staff in the office 5 star, so far. Marilyn is very patient. The maintenance staff is very professional.
I love living at the Bellagio apartments, it is peaceful and the staff and residents are great! I’ve noticed improvements to the pool area and the community in the last two years I have lived here!

This is the BEST apartment community around. The staff is always warm and friendly, the maintenance is completed quick and courteous, and the grounds are always kept clean and welcoming. I love it here!

I have been here at the Bellagio for 5 years and the staff are amazing and wonderful people. The place is very well maintained by maintenance. The office staff have always been great with helping you.
Neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get in touch with corporate directly for pending issues. Not ok with the idea that no response is a response.
The Bellagio is a great community! The staff and residents are very welcoming and the amenities are great! Improvements to the community are being made continuously and you can really tell that the community is cared for.
It's a quiet community with responsible residents. My neighbors are nice and everyone looks out for each other. We're always courteous of each other.

We love our new home so far! Absolutely no complaints, the staff from the office to the maintenance crews that manage the grounds are all amazing. We love the amenities provided as well, can’t beat a night out by the pool!

We love living here it’s well kept clean and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well maintained and quiet. I recommend it to a lot of people.
In the 7 years I lived here I have had many issues. Security is questionable. Maintenance is slow and mean. Admin is not helpful and the company looks to charge for any possible reason. I personally do not recommend it.

While we don't feel the need to take a particularly defensive stance -- as we are confident that our vast majority of happily-renewing residents is evidence enough -- we would like to defend our sincere and very evident commitment to the satisfaction of our residents by sharing that our team worked exhaustively with this resident to address each of the concern voiced when leaving their apartment, To anyone who might be reading this review while shopping for a new apartment home, we hope that you won't allow the views of a singularly disgruntled resident to stand in the way of visiting our community and experiencing for yourself what our Community has to offer.
My A/C was not operating at 100%. Sent in my request for service and received immediate response from the front office. Since I deemed my repair as not high priority, I scheduled repair work for the next day. Problem solved by 9:30 am. Thank you office lady and repair man! Cool Man in Building 5

This is an outstanding place to live and I am proud to call it home! I have lived in other nice apartment communities over the years but I can say with great confidence, the Bellagio is clearly superior for its stunning visual exterior appearance, warm and cozy interior appearance and most importantly for the amazing management team that always put forth the extra effort to make you feel welcome and valued. The management team members are all impressive and they have created and cultivated a living atmosphere and standard of living, that truly make living here feel special. I’d also like to give a special shout out to my leasing agent, Lollie. She made my move in process stress free and she still continues to look after my needs as a resident with great professionalism and genuine kindness. I am grateful to her for making me feel valued and welcome from day one! It’s a wonderful place to live!
To follow up on the post from 6 years ago....Nothing has changed....they are STILL the same GREAT staff- Laura, Kay, Lillie, Manuel and Maria!!! In an age where turnover is the norm, you can count on the Bellaire team to be there. Grounds are lovely and Philippine is now widened. What more could you ask for?????!!!!!

The Bellagio is a cozy community. The maintenance crew are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Lollie and the staff put in a lot of time to give back to the residents. They are the reason it is such a great place to live!
Best community ever!!! 10/10 recommend you to live here It is always clean, they try to make activities for the community to come together and everyone I had an opportunity to talk to when going to pick up mail or a walk have been super nice Thank you for the experience I am definitely going to recommend my friends and family here Glad to have made this my first home and thank you for making me feel so welcomed since day one. Super grateful for Kay for going through everything with me from start to finish and Thankful for Manny and his team in the community for always answering my questions while they where in my home taking care of my service request. Anything that you need the Bellagio Team as a whole makes sure it gets done so that your stay here is the best. There is lots of perks as a resident here and you cannot beat the prices they offer. Look no further you have my word its going to be a great experience!
If you’re looking for a new home look NO further. The staff and complex is by far the best place I’ve lived. The leasing staff is super professional and attentive. The maintenance staff is extremely prompt and efficient with work orders. Oh and the events they plan for us are outstanding from the weekly food trucks, to dessert vendors, pool parties and movie night. I have plans to stay for a long time. Special thanks to Kay to taking very good care of me before, during, and after my move.
The Bellagio has the best all around staff. When you need their help, know matter what your issue is they are quick to get it resolved. Best place to live in Houston!
I have been here for two years and I still love it. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is very helpful. They complete work orders timely. I feel safe in the property. I don’t have any plans to move anytime soon.
The Bellagio is so conveniently located in Northwest Houston at Hwy 290/Beltway 8 area. The Staff have been there for years and they help make it home for their residents. Problems are quickly resolved in an efficient, kind manner. Great amenities too! Couldn't ask for more!
The Bellagio is a good place to live. It is quite and it is kept clean. The ladies in the office are super great. If you need something fixed the Maintance man is there the same or next day when you report it. Yard is done every Thursday and it looks nice all the time. All apartments come with washer and dryer and most importantly they all have garages. Parking is plentiful for you and your guest. We a brunch every month so that you can meet your neighbors therefore people are friendly because they know who you are. Emenities: gym, pool, business room, and dining room and living room with TV are there to enjoy. The Bellagio a Great Place to call home.
We live in a big community that is really calm and relaxing, it has a pool and a gym, and the main office staff is extremely nice and helpful. The apartments are really nice and complete. We are located near the highway and what I love the most is that I live really close to work. Great place to live
This is a great apartment complex. There are great activities for adults. The service of the apartments are excellent, no complains and they are very efficient with fixing appliances in the apartment. It is a beautiful place to live, dog friendly, eco friendly as well.
