Property Ratings at The Bella at Westchester
The Bella at Westchester has been so welcoming to us. I recently moved in and everyone we have met has been so friendly. The Bella is super dog friendly and our dogs love it here.
So far has been wonderful! I feel like I’m on a vacation everyday! The pool so beautiful and I love my view. The staff is amazing and that’s really made my decision to call the Bella home.
Wonderful staff, The grounds and building are kept clean. Good location, although scary roundabouts. An area to have visitors in the lobby. Friendly activities. Tea and coffee awaits you.
We just moved in and absolutely love it! All of the other residents have been so friendly and welcoming. Madison and all of the other wonderful ladies in the leasing office have been so helpful.
Recently moved in and we absolutely love our experience living here. It is in a great location, the staff is awesome and the neighbors are very nice.

Our move in experience was nothing short of amazing. The apartment was clean, organized, and smelled amazing. The neighborhood is very cute, the neighbors are so quite and polite, and the front desk people (Madison) was so welcoming on our first day there. Absolutely love it here so far!
The management has been every bit as helpful and informative as I'd hope. The apartments are extremely nice and well designed with everything still feeling very new and fresh with high ceilings and tasteful granite countertops. Amazing apartments!
This is home. It’s as simple as that. From the moment you walk through the doors , greet the staff, go for a swim or just relax on your patio this is home.
I love this place. The neighborhood is the best, and it is awesome to be walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Would 100% recommend this place to friends.
We've been here about a month and love it so far! All the neighbors have been very kind. The staff has been helpful and we've been enjoying the neighborhood and amenities.
It is a nice community in the middle of everything you may need! Anytime I’ve had any issues, the staff has been very quick to resolve them.
Becoming a resident was such an easy process with this stand-out team, also being a resident is even better!! They make apartment living absolutely incredible.
Since moving in this April. It has been nothing but greatness. I love the community warmth and everyone seems friendly. But I love how quiet it is and clean it is as well. And if I need the conference room or the quiet room it is readily available and will be using the girlfriend wrap room soon.
Living here has been great! I'm on top floor and it is extremely quiet and peaceful nearly all of the time. The staff, especially Madison and Caitlyn, are especially pleasant and welcoming. The only downsides so far is the valet trash, which is expensive, mandatory, and sometimes more of a hindrance than a help. They don't pick up trash on fridays or saturdays, and I dislike leaving any food waste in my trash cans overnight so I can't really cook on those days without finding somewhere to put my trash. I'd happily throw the trash myself, but the trash chute seems to be closed more often then not. If they gave me a place I could throw my trash on fridays/saturdays, this place would be a 5/5!
So far it has been great. I have enjoyed living in a brand new apartment with a great location and great staff. The people who live at the location are all very nice and outgoing.
This place is so welcoming and so cute! When I moved in Madison was more than excited for me and it just made the experience that much better and so much easier.
I’ve had such a great experience at The Bella! The amenities here are top-notch—everything is well-maintained, modern, and super convenient. Whether it’s the pool, gym, or common areas, everything adds to the overall comfort of living here. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Caitlin and Madison are absolutely amazing! They’re always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome. Whether you have a question or just need a quick chat, they’re always there with a smile. If you’re looking for a place with awesome amenities and a fantastic team, I highly recommend The Bella!
After 9 months I still love The Bella! My apartment is wonderful! I feel safe, the leasing office provides fun monthly activities, amenities are awesome, never any parking issues and great location! I renewed for another year!
Hallways on my floor are always dirty, including the stairwells and elevator.They never get swept or mopped. The neighborhood is quiet. Leasing office and maintenance people are very nice and attentive. Wish we had more resident activities Wish we also had a business center room where we can print and hold meetings for work. Grounds are always kept nice and clean The windows unfortunately don’t keep the cold air out during the cold season. Overall very nice place to live
We was excited about moving in and they made everything worth it ! Definitely will be a nice place to stay at if your looking for an apartment
I absolutely love living here. Great community, cute apartments, nice neighbors. I also love the amenities. The office staff are always so helpful
Good Staff, the place is kept clean, the floor/ceiling is to thin and hear everything. Good size closets, wish they has green tea, nice walking path but watch out for reindeer
All staff has been responsive, helpful and friendly. We have no complaints to date and have been here since 3/1. Have previously lived in both single family homes and a condo. As seniors, nice not to have to be concerned about maintenance and repairs.
So far, so good! Slowly moving in. The apartment is nice. Can’t wait untiI I get a bed and food in here, so I can stay full time. Met a lot of people airing their dog.
My experience so far with The Bella has been amazing! Everyone has been so helpful and kind. They make sure that I have everything I need to enjoy my new apartment. I would highly recommend if you are looking for your new home that you consider The Bella the one.

Everyone continues to be nice, and management continues to also be nice. They keep us well informed via emails; especially if one of the elevators is not working or in "private" mode.
The Bella is wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin, whom made the experience not only pleasant, but easy as well. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my new home! The staff contains the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. Living here is wonderful! There are so many food places and shops near by, with tons of amenities included! I feel extremely safe here and the apartments are not only brand new, but stunning inside! This apartment complex has such a friendly community cozy feel. I could not imagine myself living anywhere else.
Loving it so far! Great people and atmosphere! All appliances work great, water pressure is awesome! Fun resident activities! This is definitely a great place for all ages!

I highly recommend The Bella for your future apartment home!! My experience at The Bella has been a very positive experience in "EVERY" way! Every staff member is genuine and very personable - I would give every staff member a 5 star!! I could go on and on about how amazing the staff are! To me the staff sets the tone of the living experience and my living experience at The Bella apartments is phenomenal! The amenities are great and the complex is safe and quiet! Every month they have something special for the residents, whether it is a “Grab and Go” breakfast, sweet treats such as cookies & cupcakes on certain days , candy at your door for Halloween, a Bella Luau pool party, a book club and many others! In addition, they are all about helping others through a Back-to-School Drive and they also collected items for the people impacted by the hurricanes. I also love the location of the apartment complex as it's close to everything you would need in your neighborhood (stores, Wawa, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.) and the interstate! The Bella offers everything I want in an apartment community and a place I am very happy to call home!

We have 1 bed 1 bath house. I liked the balcony and house size but I would be glad if it has storage more. The employees in leasing office are kind and helpful.
Nice neighborhood. Clean apartment. Elevators are a plus. Very quiet area. Free coffee in clubhouse, close to shops and pet friendly. The leasing office is very kind.
I have only been part of the community for 2 wks but the location and customer service has been awesome. I relocated from another state and they have helped me every step of the way!!
