The only issue I would say is the front gates. They should be fixed and able to be used. I say this because I have noticed finger prints on my windows to my cars like if someone tries to break in. I have had someone steal my catalytic converter in the middle of the night and what made it easier for them is the fact that the front gates are broken or just not used.

It’s good till today, but found a thing that doesn’t look good. There is no more a parking place, at evening I can’t find any parking available and have park in front of the gate of Ava and Aria.

Noisy neighbors entire morning and night. Also they change the mailbox key every 3 months which is very annoying. but the maintenance and front desk are very helpful.

i still live in woodwind i have blinder broken since 3weeks now been to office 2 times & they don’t pick up the phone everytime i go in there they come up with today..tomorrow never on time on anything useless management and maintienance never on time

Moved into newly built Clarendon apartments. Big mistake!! They are not worth the price, small small. And dishwasher has never worked, and no one ever came to fix it. I have never dealt with such rude office staff in my life. Please do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Clarendon apartments and our staff. Thank you for your feedback; we are committed to addressing these issues and improving our service.
The posting of several reviews on one date, and my experience, lead me to believe that those reviews were written by the staff here. I was given a move-in date for the Clarendon location, but then told that the previous tenants weren't going to be out on time. Fine, things happen. I was then given another move-in date for a different apartment at the Woodchase location, but not able to view an actual apt before move-in date. Info online for this apartment didn't show real pics or even dimensions of what size the rooms were, and I needed to know that info for furniture, etc. A person who has several [positive reviews, refused to return my calls, and when I did speak to her, she acted like she had no idea why I was calling, even when I was supposed to have received a call back from her. The day I moved in, I found out that there was no microwave ("oh, that's only for certain units"), and there were no burner plates/drip pans on the stove. I had cold soup for dinner that night. There was also no washer/dryer ("oh, that's only for certain units"). The faucet in the bathtub was difficult to work, and I ended up taking a cold shower after my cold soup, after a long day. The next morning there was water across my kitchen floor from the refrigerator to the living room carpet. I missed a day of work, so that I could make sure that was fixed. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone til about 11 am, and that was after I drove over to the office to talk to them. I met a maintenance worker on my way in, and I now believe that's the only reason I got anything fixed that day as he told me he'd be there to check things out after he did another job. He was able to fix the water issue (it was the hose for the ice maker that was the problem), but he wasn't able to fix the faucet issue. I've had several other issues that have not been addressed, or that have been "fixed" without my understanding of how...the back part of Woodchase is falling apart, seemingly because of the type of trees that are growing here. The tree roots are pushing up the ground, and causing issues all over the place (including the green pool producing mosquitoes). Other tenants said whoever lived here before me had moved because the mgmt wouldn't fix an issue that was flooding the living room. I was shown where the "fix" had been done, and I haven't had issues with that, except that I can see where the wall is pushing in at the floor/baseboard area (probably from the tree roots).

OMG! First off, Lizbeth out leasing agent is so AMAZING ! She made our whole experience a welcomed one. Every question we had she had the answer. When we were in doubt she gave us peace at mind and assured us we were definitely at the right location. She made everything as painless as possible. I highly recommend this complex and definitely HIGHLY recommend Lizbeth!

I MOVE HERE IN SEPT, 2015 AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. RENT IS CHEAP UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS A CATCH. APARTMENTS HAVE FOUNDATION PROBLEMS NO GREENERY LOTS OF ROCKS UNEVEN SIDEWALKS. NOT DOG FRIENDLY NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY KIDS PLAY IN THE STREET THROW ROCKS OUT AFTER DARK. APARTMENT I MOVED IN HAD A/C PROBLEMS THEY REFUSEDTO REPAIR I HAD TO CALL IRVING HEALTH INSPECTION TO MAKE MANAGEMENT FIX MY A/C, OVEN DID NOT WORK DIRT ON CABINETS DIDN'T REPLACE TOILET SEAT DIRT WAS ON IT LEAKS UNDER BATHROOM CABINET, LIGHTS KEEP GOING OUT IN FRONT OF APARTMENTS DARKNESS AT NIGHT. MAINTENANCE TAKES THEIR TIME TO FIX THINGS CAN'T WAIT UNTIL LEASE IS OVER.
I've lived here for almost two years now and it's a pretty decent place. Maintenance is always quick to fix whatever issue you have when you submit the request into the office. This past winter I came home to my heater not working, I sent in a request about it and the maintenance guy showed up an hour or two later and fixed it up. The location is pretty nice as well. I never had a problem with loud traffic or hearing planes at the airport. There's plenty of food places near by as well as a Krogers, Tom Thumb and a Walmart. The mall is also right down the road to if you need anything from there. I cannot give much comment about the other residents living here as I'm not much of a social person, but everyone seems to be friendly. Rent has been going up lately in the area and my rent went up over 50 dollars per month since last year so that is the main reason why I took one star off. The non-assigned parking can get a little annoying at times when you have to park 5 spaces away sometimes. And I refuse to park near the fence bordering us from the other apartment complex as kids will often climb onto the hoods of the cars parked there to hop over the fence. One small problem I had the first year I lived here was that I occasionally found roaches, but I didn't see any more after the fifth month and haven't seen any since then. All in all, the four stars rating is justified I think. It's a great place, but it has its slight flaws. I hope this helps someone.
When I moved here there where roaches everywhere and they wouldn't do anything I had to deal with it for a year and now i can't use the cabinet properly because its ruined with roach feces tried cleaning it won't come off the appliances are nasty they don't work that great when you use the stove it catches fire easily. I would like free rent because people shouldn't be able to live in such filth.
Apartment complex looks nice , has a nice ,pool and fitness center. It's also in a good area with a good elementary school and lots of shops close by. Office staff are okay. They seem to be working on the gate which has not been working for a while. Washer dryer unit has broken down for ever and they claim they have put in an order to have it fixed but I have been here for several months and it's not been fixed. Staircase is also really steep and the appliances in the classic units are old. The upgraded units are better
