Rooms are so small can only fit a bed. Only 1.5 bath for 2 bedrooms not enough. Nice neighborhood for young families. Safe and quiet with open field and walkway

Have been living here for about 1.5 yrs now, I ended up renewing my lease for another year as my first year was great. I love the location of the property, I feel safe, and management is great! The property/facilities are up-kept regularly which I think is great! Highly recommend The Atwater!

My experience here at Atwater apartment community has been superb. The management has always been top class. The process of reporting any issues is super easy (online ticketing system) and the service is super fast. Great place to live for both family and working professionals !

The apartment makes an honest effort in keeping the place clean and organized. The front office staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rent prices are reasonable for the amenities, newer facilities, and location. Visitor parking is open so that’s a huge plus.

Sometimes things do not work but thus far I have gotten prompt help with any issues. I will say the pool is really nice, just wish there was a skimmer to get the bugs out in between cleans.

The Property Management Staff at the Atwater at Clear Lake are super hero’s! They are always saving the day and treating the residents with such respect. The Friday Food Trucks are the best, so I don’t have to cook on Fridays after a long work wee!

Our move in was quick and easy. Very nice apartments with great amenities. We love the 2 dog parks they have with a dog washing station. Very convenient. The gym is over 24 hours which is really nice.

It is pleasant to stay here. The whole staff is helpful and share tips with newcomers, always with a smile. The area is quiet, so are the residents (ok, some let their dogs bark more than others). With spring coming, we enjoy the green areas, waiting for the warmer days in one of the swimming pools.

Great place. Too expensive. For the size of my one bedroom I should be paying 20% less especially because of the area. The place is nice though, and usually the staff is helpful.

Property is clean and has great amenities. Conveniently located to the Bay Area. Units are spacious - high ceilings, nice appliances. VERY pet friendly - the dog park is great and the dog wash station is a lifesaver.

We love the location and the amenities. This place lacks in communication. The trash vallet is very inconsistent, which would be fine, except they will still charge you for your trash being out on the wrong day when it never got picked up in the first place. They have a good maintenance team and everything gets fixed in a timely manner.

Been here for 5 months and it’s honest been really calm. Have been enjoying my time here. The food trucks that come on Fridays is an awesome extra bonus to living here.

The apartment is a great place to live as they are big, clean and well designed. The community as a whole is well maintained. Amenities at the community is like the cherry on top. The game and business centre are a great place to spend time after work.
