I enjoy living at The Andi. The staff does a great job at keeping the buildings clean and addressing and fixing maintenance request. The area is lovely, there is so much to do around and you get the Boston experience. The amenities are luxurious and the spaces are large enough for multiple residents to enjoy.

Nothing with this leasing team amazes me because they have me spoiled with 5star treatment 24/7. They are speedy in their responses.. the maintenance team act with urgency. I love living at the Andi . It really feels like our own little community. If you want to live some where diverse and have an access to seaport via the redline or a 15 minute drive the Andi is for you !! Also we have a gym closed in working spaces , pool , grill , etc. great restaurants surrounding us and we are a dog loving community .

The Andi is a great complex in an incredibly convenient location. Steps from shops and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation both subway and bus. The living community is great, and the facilities are very new. The gym has all the equipment you need. The safety aspect is also relatively stable. The staff at the office are friendly and helped me with a lot of things. I think it's great.

My living experience is pretty good, the environment is comfortable, the building is clean and smells well. The door can only be unlocked by residents here, it makes me feel safe. The lounge is convenient for me to hold a meeting .

Wonderful apartment to live in. Good maintenance team and approachable/professional leasing office. Good amenities and location with easy access to Home Depot, Target, Shop N Stop and decent restaurants. Bad move-in experience and property management can definitely improve on it.

Everyone is so friendly, haven’t had any issues so far. The building and concierge team are nice and available to help. The location is great having the South Bay and restaurants just in front of the building makes everything easier.

In general, quiet, with the occasional moving day noisy situation. Neighbors are kind in the common spaces, gym and pool are delightful. Lots of natural light, the delivery room could be better organized. Rental office staff are kind and attentive.

The apartment complex is very good overall. The location near a bunch of stores is quite nice too. On gripe I do have is that the trash chutes are often disabled forcing tenants to leave trash in the floor of the trash room. But that may just be due to it being moving season

This place seems a bit lower than a 4.5 so far. I hope the place improves but much of what I am reading on other review sites seems accurate. Here is my experience so far: -apartment seems not ready for a move in with more than one item not working correctly -they were definitely squirrely about giving access to the room for deliveries but no need to worry.... -I will not be ordering anything to this property but my bed because I need a place to sleep; and no way am I walking around in that neighborhood at night alone

Area is unsafe & I’ve caught front desk employees sleeping numerous times at night. On one occasion - a homeless man got into the facilities & was sleeping in the community room on the 2nd floor while I was studying. two different occasions there have been homeless in the garbage room & one of the incidences, they chased my boyfriend back inside to the elevators - banging on the door. Thankfully he was able to get into the elevators & it shut before the man got access to him but that is not something any resident should have to worry about. We need more security on the site. I’ve had expensive personal items (bikes) taken from the “secured bike room” & not once has the front office given any feedback about the issue without me approaching them first & I still never heard of any resolution on the issue. Poorly managed. I should not feel unsafe when we pay this much to live here.

It’s a nice, and well maintained community. The shopping area around the apartment makes it a prime location, with all the major stores AND a movie theatre (!!) just a few steps away. The staff is amazing and the security on the property is spectacular.

The Andi can be an amazing place to live but needs immediate improvement. The location is great and with all amenities fixed and a parking spot in the correct building, I wouldn’t have any negative reviews. The staff is friendly, although I sense they are very new and still need some time to adjust!

Your essentially paying for the convenience of this location, it’s a normal “luxury apartment” but the management is surface level, poor communication half the time depending who you end up hearing from. Would not recommend this to be a long term stay, if you need a place for a few months or the year it works.

I have been living here at the Andi for a year now. The management staff (Chad) are extremely helpful very kind!! Get location to downtown Boston redline is a block away and conveniently located near major highways. You don’t need a car to shop or have a bite to eat everything you need is all conveniently located outside your front door.

Have unhappy conversation with leasing team recently. They are short of parking space, so they disable a lot electric car charging stations and charge 300 dollar a month if you still want to charge in garage. Previously, they are free.
