The Black Mountain neighborhood lies just south of Henderson and 16 miles southeast of downtown Los Vegas, making this community popular for single-family homes and multi-floor apartment rentals. O'Callaghan Park, just south on Skyline Road, features 20 acres of open grass areas, lighted courts, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, covered picnic areas, and a walking course. Horrible
My sons bikes were outside the apartment we went for a bike ride the day before my boys just got brand new bikes the manager had maintenance throw my kids bikes in the garbage! I confronted her about it and she told me she did not care if there were my kids bikes she’s rude and very spiteful do not recommend at all!

Horrible place to live worse manager Chrissy
They lie to better themselves. They do not care about the people period. Bed bugs are painted in walls and window sills. Horrible I mean horrible office staff. Do not move here you will be sorry.

Poor
One of the worse places you can live, i have lived here for 5 years and its gotten worse by the years, with sherrie as the property manger! She doesn NOTHING. Kids run around here with guns and smoking pot at 11 and there laundry facility has roaches living out of them just gross save yourself the money and time.

this apartment community has gone down in the last 16 months!
This used to be a terrific place to live and then it changed hands of ownership.
