Woodlake-Briar Meadow’s southern border sits on Westpark Tollway, a toll road that connects with several roads and interstates, making travel in and out of Houston easy.

I'm happy to report that my experience at Terra continues to be very positive. During the winter, we had a few issues with our heating, and it refused to work. Thankfully, management and maintenance did take it very seriously and worked on it diligently. They went so far as to replace the heating element to ensure the issue was fixed. I'd have no issues suggesting Terra as a great place to live.

Our stay at Terra has been very positive the past few years we've lived here. Most recently, we had an issue early in the winter where our heating was not working. It was the first time we turned it on during the year, so it caught us by surprise. We were happy to see that, after we put in a maintenance request, Terra fixed our issue the next day. Overall, the complex is on top of our needs and takes effort to make sure things are running smoothly, which we appreciate. We would definitely recommend this complex.

As much as we love our apartment, there have been a few discouraging changes recently. People do not follow the trash rules, there have been cars broken into recently in the parking area that is supposed to be secure, and there’s a homeless camp next door. Hoping to see better change soon.

There have been many negative changes to the systems and the way requests are being processed. It also seems as if the property manager never really has any reasonable explanations for things that I have addressed. The staff could also use a little more training in their communication skills. The property is beautiful, but seems to be going through some rough patches.

My experience here has been decent! I wish there was an area for dogs to use the restroom! Like dog park or something. The grounds can get very muddy and nasty especially when the sprinklers turn on at night.

I still enjoy living at Terra at Piney Point, the landscaping is very beautiful and the community is quite despite being close to the busiest street in Houston. The staff is really friendly and maintainance is timely.

We have been pleased with Terra. The renewal process was smooth, and easy. Occasionally our trash is not picked up on time and can be a little frustrating, but that is only every once in a while. We are always happy to see when management takes steps to make our community better.

This complex is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly/prompt. The one down side is the parking (first come, first serve) but it's really not a huge deal. The security at night makes me feel safe and I appreciate how prompt maintenance requests are answered. I'm definitely enjoying my time here so far!
