We have loved our 3 year experience at Tanager. They provide wonderful opportunities for apartment living—a full gym, beautiful pool/spa/outdoor entrainment space, dog park, beautiful and functional clubhouse, and community areas in the buildings. We love our apt., views, and security we feel here. The app makes it easy to request maintainance help and pay the rent. We also love the accessibility of Downtown Summerlin and the ball park! We are also close to three grocery stores. Tanager provides extra services (car wash) and social gatherings. It’s really a great community for us.

Very nice apartment complex feels secure and very modern. Love all the amenities and everything that comes with this place. Would highly recommend. They have very nice units and worth the price. The staff is nice and friendly. Tanger has a very easy and convenient feel of living which is such a relief.

Since the new management took over in 2023: - they have significantly increased the cost of rent - I have had items stolen from my garage - maintenance requests take a very long time to get done - vandalism has increased - cleanliness has decreased - communication has become poor and at times, non-existent This used to be a great place to live.

The new maintenance staff is friendly, attentive to any issues I have and is buzzing around our community keeping everything in solid working order. I also appreciate how friendly and easy it is to work with the new staff. They make me feel welcome every time I come into the office with a question or need assistance. Greystar is off to great start and Tanager is back on track to being luxury living!

Great property as it relates to tangible structure and facility. This has been the absolute worst management I’ve ever dealt with at any property in Nevada or across the country. After 3 months of problems, all 100% related to move-in inspection failures to identify, I HAVE NEVER ONCE BEEN CONTACTED BY MANAGEMENT WITH REGARD TO MY ONGOING MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS. Had management conducted a walk-thru of apartment before I moved in, 90% of what I reported as problems could have been identified by a blind person. This place was not ready to move into, however I had nowhere to go but instead move in and report the myriad of discrepancies I’m still dealing with today on 7/21.

The management demonstrates a reluctance to reimburse fees resulting from their own errors, while simultaneously imposing eviction notices on tenants without prior warning. An enhanced emphasis on customer satisfaction could potentially contribute to the retention of tenants. Furthermore, the quality of repairs performed on the apartments is substandard, coupled with the management's refusal to refund security deposits on account of ordinary wear and tear. It is prudent to exercise caution regarding the additional fees levied on rental payments, as well as to anticipate annual rent increases of considerable magnitude, often amounting to several hundred dollars.
