I walked by to visit my friend and found our these are one of the best Apartments i have seen so far, they provide brand new Refrigerator and Stove and quick Maintenance, I am thinking to move here sounds valid!!

I lived at the Sunset Crossing for over a year till I got a job relocation, and it is one of the best complex in the area. Prices are fair and staff and managers are always curious and helpful, wished I got to know them better! The area is quite and the pool is great!

Very nice apartment complex. I moved my daughter in there. Family oriented, and well maintained. Check em out you won't be disappointed.

Its secure. The pool is nice. The people are very attentive. Any issues we have had were attended quickly and professionally. We made a good decision to make the this our home

The amenities are nice, convenient to shopping and restaurants... management is also polite and helpful. It's a safe neighborhood and also quiet.

Its a wonderful community to live in staff is nice and love the area.

Cuando yo hise mi reclamo la solucion que me dio fue que puedo irme de la propiedad si quiero. No recomiendo a nadie alquilar aqui.

Love it here. It's cheap, clean and people who live here are hard working. Employees are excellent.

My family and I have been here just a bit over 3 years now. We have always been treated with kindness,respect and as part of a big family.It is great that some staff live here.

This Apartment us really like home, been living here for 2 years and i don't regret living it, even in the Storm i had no problems. Its well built; the amenities are really good

Honestly a great place. The Management is spectacular, friendly, helpful, and fast acting. They are very quick and have always been there to resolve all the issues.

I really like the staff's attention to detail and their initiative and drive to make sure my apartment was ready for my move in. The pool is amazing, too! Very spacious and well maintained.

The maintenance staff are great!!! The office personal provide great information and motivation to prospectives. They treat people as family.

I've lived here for a year. My apartment is very reasonably priced for my budget, spacious and clean. Maintenance processes requests quickly and go out every morning to pick up trash and clean the grounds

So far so good been living here for almost one month and I have no complaints. I love the area. Very quiet, Maintenance don't take long to fix things, kid friendly, staff are nice and care about your concerns and needs. I am so glad I made the right decision.

Just moved in and so far I am blown away by how gorgeous this apartment is and the amenities provided. Perfect location and you can't beat having a couple pools to relax in and a gym downstairs.

Before I moved here I had people to tell me not to reside on this side of town. I appreciate their concerns, however, this property worked well for me. They have security on site, so I indeed felt safe. The staff have excellent customer service skills & if you have any sort of maintenance issues they will promptly get this taken care of! I loved the fact that they always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and their floor plans are cute and cozy.. Thanks

So far it's been good. No major problems yet, they staff is decent and polite. The grounds are kept with, just think it's a bit pricey for the area that it's in. Neighbors are ok, some play their music too loud but it's dealt with pretty quick.

The personnel staff in the office have been very nice to me, the maintenance crew has been responsive and considerate. I'm very satisfied by the way they treat the individuals living here and always making us their priority. The community is very calm and easygoing. Also the new office staff is amazing, always with a smile and ready to answer any questions I may have when I walk in, keep up with good work guys !!

The staff member followed up with service request by letting me know what had been done while I was out. Although there is a problem that still needs to be fixed, they have been keeping me informed as to how they plan to solve the problem. Leasing office staff have over extended themselves for me from day 1 to now. They made the process of moving in a breeze. I'm very thankful for all they have done.

Visiting the SUNSET office is a pleasure. The staff is very eager to assist no matter what the request. All members are courteous and exhibit exceptional quality service ensuring that their customers are satisfied.I love this place! It feels like home. I am current resident here for last 1 year and i would recommend SUNSET CROSSING to anyone looking for a best serviced apartment.The location is best and the quality of the apartments are top notch.Recently refurbished,quality fittings and eveything you could expect including air-con,fully equiped kicheneete and management staff is also helpful.Will definitely staying long term here.

I lived here for a year and a half because this was the only place i could get into on such short notice. I would NEVER recommend anyone to move here. When i did my first walk through my dishwasher was completely pulled out its frame and there were roaches everywhere! I notified the staff and was assured that it would all be dealt with before i moved in. Well it wasn't! Roaches infested my furniture and my neighbor had such a problem with bed bugs in her unit that her and her daughter would spray themselves down with off spray every night before bed just to try to help the bed bugs stay away not to mention after i moved they put a collections on my credit for the roach infestation, the dishwasher and unpaid rent which a load of bullcrap! I have all my money order reciepts and proof of how i left my apartments. These crooks will be unveiled!

Run for your life, don't rent at Sunset Crossing Apartment, the managements are very fraudulent, they change manager like nothing because of their fraudulent act. They come with surprise charges, apartment full of cockroaches and insects. Staff are very very very rude with no manners. Mailbox not sucure, they take forever to fix stuff in the apartment. Security not always on property, you don't see him around and there is always gun shot on the property. Bad experience, I can't wait to get out of the suck apartment. Don't rent here.

My son resides in a unit that is rodent and cockroach infested and has been since he arrived Mid March. It continues to be a recurring problem which the office personal/manager refuse to solve. They are rude and hang up the phone when you try and discuss options or make excuses that it is the heat forcing them inside. Mention Texas Rental Statutes and they all become mute and hang up on you. We are in contact with an attorney to enforce his tenant rights. Feel free to contact us if you would like to be part of the legal resolution. Run don't walk from this dump. Scott E. Warner

My experience here has been terrible and terrifying. Within the past 3 months of living here it has been nothing but disappointment. Staff in the office does not care about YOU nor the property especially when one of them told me that she doesnt come through here at night because it scares her. The manager is an individual you will never get to speak with becasue he is always "busy". My mailbox was broken into and when i told the office, they told me they would fix it. This happened in june less than 30 days of me being here and now its September and i cant get any mail out the box because they jammed it shut. They call themselves remodeling some of the apartments but the appliances are run down. My fridge leaks water constantly from inside and under the fridge and spoils all my veggies Roaches were in the apartment before i moved in and they havent left. I keep my house clean as possible but they have been lingering. Rats have been heard in the walls The parking is unavailable. When it rains the lot prefloods and makes huge puddles. Nobody is fair with parking spaces so they will double park or block you in because they have no respect for you and your time The safety and security is there is none. No guard, gates dont work, walk in gates broken. Shootings have happened 4 times since ive stayed here and they have been as close as if they were shooting outside my window. You feel trapped inside your home because the neighbors are not friendly. They stare at you like that have a problem with you. I do not recommend moving here until they improve resident safety and improve other aspects of the complex.

The management sucks they take forever to fix stuff in the apartments. Can't wait to move out of here.

My apartment itself is okay. But the complex. Doesn't take care of the problems on time. I have to call them several times and visit with the manager. Just to resolve my issues. The mail room for example is not taken care of. The mail slots are always open and destroyed. The complex doesn't do anything about it. The complex gate is completely broke. And they never bothered to mess with it.
