In the short time we have been here the apartments have been above and beyond our expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean on move in.

I absolutely love the community. The kids actually play outside and the grounds are amazing. Always feel at peace while walking thru the complex.

Amazing community and amazing neighbors! Excellent leasing management that is always on time. I would recommend anyone to come and live here if they are looking for something peaceful and friendly.

Love these apartments and the ladies in the leasing office are awesome & sweet! Haven’t had any issues. Maintenance does a good job getting things fixed!

New management is doing their best to get the work done for better living here. In the last 6-9 months many neighbors moved out around my apartment. I hope that we can have activities for get to know more our new neighbors!

Oh, I’ve contacted the office five times now about transferring to a different apartment—five. And somehow, I’ve managed to get a completely different answer each time. Impressive, really. The manager was supposedly going to follow up every time. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Now, out of nowhere, they’ve decided to double the transfer fee. Because clearly, the goal here is to make it easier (and cheaper!) to just move out entirely. And honestly? That sucks. We’ve been here for seven years. But hey, if this is how they want to play it, fine. We’ll take our loyalty—and our rent—somewhere else.

Ms jenny was very helpful thank you for her the other guy never wanna help nobody and she is always willing to help us as a residents also the manager rimsha she is a very good manager please do not change this team now

I live here now for one year, very nice, friendly & helpful neighbors. New Management is working hard, to fix couple problems. I like them a lot!

I LOVE living here. The staff is kind, helpful, and responsive. My apartment is beautiful. I’ve been here two years with minimal disruptions.

2 years I've lived here and everything is absolutely amazingly groovy. New staff came in and stepped it up with a Meet & Greet and some awesome chocolate chip muffins.

Actually, the condominium is not clean, the gardens are dirty, people don't respect the rules.the Management must be more extric with the rules and to put a penalty. Really ,the condominium look very bad.

I love how spacious my apartment is. I can’t hear my neighbors and it’s a great location. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. Parking can use some improvement.

The employees who fix things are very rude and don't do things right or finish doing it And they take a long time to come and fix the things that are essential for day to day

I love it here, it feels safe, people in office are very helpful, I love that thereis no carpet , no roaches, nice full gym. Plenty parking spaces, friendly neighbors.. I'm very happy here. N I'm making this place my wonderful new home ,, n till now so far I'm planning to stay till I get my own house or condo. Thank you sun set blossom ??

Noisy, not considerate at all, children unattended, disrespectful, not friendly, slams doors, shouts, scream, parking in very bad shape, holes on the pavement, don't clean the floor or anything never, very dirty all the time, no maintenance on the a/c or anywhere, prices are very high for what we get. Etc.

I love the design of my 1 bedroom apartment, neighbors are very friendly & like to be connected with each other. Staff is trying their best to take care of few problems!

My husband and I have lived here since before we married. We enjoy the quieter life and that is something you get here. The staff and especially the very hard working maintenance crew are all very friendly and very efficient. We've stayed in places that would never get a review like this so we have stayed and don't plan on leaving any time soon. Great place to live!

The apartment is OK to live in, but it has a lot of convenient places to walk around in the area. For example, you can walk to Woodlake park for a change of scenery and go to a grocery store or grab a quick snack at Shipley‘s. The apartment itself could improve on security and safety and functionality. For example, the main gate to malfunction often and plumbing issues happen frequently at this complex - the water is frequently turned off in the daytime for a few hours for patchwork fixes.

Very nice place All the office staff is very attentive and friendly. Good maintenance, enough parking, very clean, very well lit and very safe to live in. I recommend Sun Blossom Lake Apartments to live in.

Staff is on top of things and easy to talk to. They actually care about their job and residents. The grounds are so lush. I love all the plants.

I love the apartments - lots of room and closet space, but the exterior of the buildings need to be power washed. The potholes in the parking lot should be filled.

Have an apartment here that I stay when I need to. It’s in a great location and many stores and things around. You also just minutes from two great malls

Best complex apartment living i have ever been in! The staff the grounds the security the people everything is fantastic here! I wish I would have moved in a long time ago. But I know I will be here for a while now

Not the most glamorous place to live, but you are in a decent area with near by places to make groceries and eat. Also, a great park near by on Ella Blvd. where you can take your pet for a walk or play Tennis/Pickle ball. As far as amenities inside the complex there are 2 pools, 1 community center that you can rent ($250 refundable deposit), and a gym. Be warned - water does cut off often at random times for a few hours due to City of Houston and Complex handling repairs. At least 1-2 times every other month.

I recommend living at Sunblossom at Woodlake apartments, it is a very nice place to live good maintenance very nice staff very peaceful safe very lighting enough parking

Worst experience, noisy, not considered, shouting, scream, fight, children unattended, very loud, adults as well, the parking is all pat holes, people don't park properly. Staff not nice.

It quietly screams "home" almost instantly. The community, the metro line and the shopping is awesome. You want a place to stay in place to live that's going to make you feel like home no matter what area you move to you want a place to make you feel like every move is safe and friendly.

i like here. lived here for a long time , good service and nice people. sometimes when i came back late ,this is safe place . If i need help ,the people will offer a help you in friendly.

The manager is very accommodating to my concerns. I’ve been here for about 5 years and I can honestly say for my first apartment I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazingly helpful.

It is a very pleasant and safe community to live in, very bright, enough parking, very clean, very nice neighbors, office staff, always attentive, good maintenance, highly recommended for living.

It’s cool I’ve been here for a few month an I have to say overall it’s quiet u get to enjoy your peace maintenance respects your privacy and the office staff works with all residents the best way they could to either keep you here or just making sure all your request is fulfilled

I've been here about (7)yrs now & what I like most is that I'm centrally located to pretty much all of my favorite stores. The METRO drops me off right in front of the Complex & picks me up right across the street in front of the Complex. The staff is courteous as well.

This place has it pro and cons like every other place, for example you’ll find a great maintenance team who will work to fix any problem in your apt.

Every time I leave to go to an appointment and I come back it feels like I've been here before. Staff in the front is phenomenal maintenance is very helpful behaviors are extremely friendly and I can get just about everywhere I need to within 5 minutes

These apartments are so beautiful to walk through I love all the green. People here are friendly or just mind their business. There are also a lot of cats here, another plus for me. Sometimes my sink water smells like sewage though, and the pot holes in our lot are unbelievable. But other than that I very much enjoy my experience.

My experience at sunblossom has been very welcoming, professional, and friendly. My unit is very spacious and clean, there aren't any broken appliances or roaches. Everyone on the complex is respectful, the complex is also beautiful and well decorated so I enjoy wandering around and seeing what they've done with the place.

This is a great place to live and is so close to everything. The maintenance team is great and the office staff is also. I love seeing all my neighbors

I just moved in about a month or so ago and I love it here. It is family friendly and very peaceful. It is close to my job and my childrens schools, that's a huge plus for me. I am in the 3 bedroom apartment, it is extremely spacious and comfortable. My children and I feel at home already. I Would recommend this place to my friends and family...
