Strata Wynwood

My experience as a resident continues to be great. So much so, that we've renewed for yet another year. Customer service continues to be highly professional, responsive, and transparent.

Strata is a great place to live! Everyone who works here is so kind, and very helpful! We have really enjoyed living here and I recommend if looking to live in Wynwood area!

Of all of the buildings I have visited in Wynwood, this is by far the best. I tell everyone how a Bozzuto managed property is the best, you guys keep it pristine, and I love the events here!

Strata Wynwood constantly delivers a top-tier renters' experience. Professional, transparent, and responsive, it is easy to say that Strata Wynwood is one of the best buildings to rent in.

We moved into Strata this year without seeing the building in person and we are more than pleased! The amenities are great, clean, and everything we were looking for. The gym has new, up-to-date equipment, and the extra room has bikes and is a great private space for personal workouts, and the steam room is a plus! Definitely recommend Strata if you and your significant other are looking for a place to live. The staff is wonderful as well!

Strata is an amazing place to live in the heart of Wynwood. The building, the apartment, the amenities and the neighborhood are all incredible.

My 3rd year here and I love it. It’s a great building with a ton of amenities like an office space, a kitchen, movie room, gym, Pilates, a lounge and hibachi deck.

Management could be better. Parking is a joke and they just let anyone park anywhere even though residents have to pay 125 a month. Lots of new buildings being built around. We’ll see.

Love the building and the location, building is very clean and building staff is very helpful. The gym is my favorite thing about the building. Updated equipment and always clean

Amazing building, management, and maintenance team, with great events! We also love the amenities. The only thing we don’t like is the dishwasher, which doesn’t do its job.

I just moved here recently, but I really like it here. The staff is always willing to help, they respond quickly to messages. When I moved in, they gave me a small gift in the form of a towel and a handbag which is so cute . The apartment is wonderful, beautiful view. The pool and barbecue area are super. I’ve been to the gym, but I haven't worked out yet. Summary I recommend it to everyone quick and simple to apply!

Strata Wynwood is a great business to rent from: professional, transparent, and competitive in terms of their pricing and amenities. I have no substantive complaints.

Strata is clean, up to date, safe, and a great place to live! The area is fantastic, with tons of restaurants and is safe to walk. The area is unique with art and is 1 mile from Trader Joe’s, Target, Publix, the park and many other stores that you need on a weekly basic, all walkable as well! Parking is great, security is great, and the amenities are nice, new, and enjoyable! We are very pleased with Strata and fully recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable place to live in a safe area.

Strata is a great community. I had to sign a lease remotely because I was moving from out of state and was pressed on time. I was very well accommodated and all my questions were answered. Moving in was a breeze and I love the building!

Strata is a great place to call home. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, the building amenities are top notch and it’s in a fantastic location in Wynwood. I love it here!

I love living in Strata and having all of the amenities. I wish it was easier to use the movie room. Having to navigate a tv with a remote that hardly has any network is not fun.

Right away when I was moving this crazy neighbor broke my husband car window, I was very scared but don’t judge a book by its cover. Overall I like the residence a lot and it’s amenities.

We took 1 year lease after staying here temporarily. One of the reasons we took the lease was because of how kind and helpful the staff was during our stay.

Great staff, clean and safe. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. If there’s an issue or is quickly fixed which is appreciated. Only con is the Oasis noise level in the weekend.

I feel like I went to HEAVEN! I viewed many apartment options in the Miami area and almost signed a lease with another building and then I found Strata! My unit, the building/amenities, location, staff, *everything* about Strata is as if it were straight off of my vision board! I have a deep soaking bathtub, washer dryer in unit, large balcony, plenty of storage, smart home, high ceilings, a walk in closet, large kitchen space, access to a 24 hr gym, steam room, security, beautiful interior aesthetic, a gorgeous view with floor to ceiling windows, free weekly Pilates classes, a reformer Pilates machine and yoga room, access to several beautiful community spaces, and more! My experience of moving was so smooth from beginning to end; the staff have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond (Ricky, Jennifer, and Luna assisted me). I have not experienced any issues with noise, the area is very walkable, the elevators are fast, my unit and common areas have been spotless… I am delighted!

I've been living here for a year now and I'm totally impressed with the maintenance team and concierge staff. They are all so pleasant to be around and are extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and the building as a whole. The 5 free coffees a month and mat pilates classes are such a lovely way to make the residents feel valued. Thank you so much!

Great customer service, great amenities, all coupled with transparent communication and competitive prices. The neighborhood itself is growing too, which certainly adds to it appeal.

Strata is a great residential community. From the time I first viewed an apartment to now living here for 6 months, I’ve been extremely happy. The management, concierge, and maintenance staff are all so wonderful and friendly it really makes it feel like home. The building is really well maintained, they are always cleaning, fixing, keeping the building in good shape which I appreciate. It’s super pet friendly, and the residents are generally all very nice. Never any noise complaints. I love living here!

I really enjoy living at Strata. I feel as if the staff treats it like their own home. They have gone above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the space. I would love to have more community events and activities because I love the ones we already have.

Move in was super smooth, my apartment was in great shape, and the leasing staff has been so accommodating. My best moving experience yet. Although we are in a super busy area, it is extremely quiet and relaxing.

Great location in the heart of Wynwood, Miami. The neighborhood is quirky and eccentric and there are amazing stores and restaurants easily within a walkable distance. The building has excellent amenities and is a really nice place to call home!

I was very very happy with the building. Everything has been right and amazing: building, staff, facilities, apartment, etc. But for the last 2 months your INCESSANT OUT OF CONTROL ALARM TESTS have drove my husband and myself crazy. It's been more than one week.. more than one month this whole alarm testing it's ridiculous and unacceptable. The first 2 weeks were pure torture, specially having to work from home. I've never lived nor worked in a building that takes more than one day of constant alarm testing... perhaps testing for 30 min every day in one week but not full 4 hours of testing.

I love living here. Although rent is kinda high I really enjoy my space. I hope to stay here long term. The residents are nice. The staff keeps the building very clean at all times. Thank you.

Nice building. Terrible Property Manager. If you want to deal with a property manager who is snippy, unprofessional, insensitive, and only has 6 months of property management experience…than you’ve found the perfect building. Welcome to the Circus where IF you’re lucky, you may be heard!:)

So far my time at Strata has been amazing. I enjoy the location, amenities, the staff and my neighbors. I’ve enjoyed my time here so far and see myself staying her for a while.

Love living here, it’s a little loud at times especially in the morning but overall this place is great. Great staff great area and a great building.

Have been living here for about 6 months now and I can honestly say the experience has been great. Our a maintenance request is submitted it is completed very promptly.

Overall, I have no complaints about management or the staff. They have treated us excellent and are always coming up with events for tenants. I love all the amenities like the gym and pool, which are kept up in great shape. The ONLY negative thing about this building is the noise pollution, particularly on the weekends. I had read a few reviews about Oasis Wynwood but to be honest, it’s very faint when the music comes from their establishment. The worst is when the hotel in front of Strata has events. That sound travels right into your apartment as if the speakers were in your living room. It is not ideal and I wish management could do something about it. If that building did not host their events outdoors or lowered their music volume, it would help. Other than that, living here has been great so far.

This is a great place to live. The building is well kept, the apartment is comfortable and well appointed and the amenities are outstanding. I love living at The Strata!

My partner and I joined the Strata community a little over a month ago and I must say, the amenities are A1, parking and EV charging are simple and quick to set-up, and management/maintenance are friendly and easy to get in contact with. Loving my time here so far and excited to be here for the next couple of years!
