The outside of the buildings and sidewalks used to be pressure washed at least twice a year. That hasn't been happening. The maintenance request online options used to have more details that could be included.

I recently moved into Stonebridge and so far everything has been going well. Management has been on point with fixing everything I've had a problem with and thy are very friendly.

I went to look at this complex and it was very nice and well kept. It seemed quiet. A great place to call home.

I would recommend that no one moves here. The customer service is horrible. Its not worth any of your time and hard earned money to deal with these people

Overall the apartment is nice and spacious. The location is great; only ten minutes from downtown/medical center. Pearland is right down the street which has all your well known retail shops and restaurants. Those are the most positive assets for this apartment complex. If you want to experience a professional and well managed property, DON'T MOVE HERE! There are break inns Management is horrible! They don't follow up with any issues, but rather respond rudely or lie and say they will follow up to rectify the issue. Maintenance takes over a month and 3 requests just to come and fix problems in the apartment. I have seen the management and maintenance staff change frequently over the course of 2 years. Neighbors play loud music all day and management did nothing about it. The issue was escalated to corporate, in which I came to the conclusion that this company/residential apartments are money hungry and can care less about your overall quality of living for their residents. The computers in the clubhouse were always slow and the printers never worked. The fitness room had basic equipment and needed upgrades. There were break-ins during my duration there from time to time. I would not recommend anyone to stay at these apartments until they employee better management.

The property is quiet in the sense of noise, but vandalism and break in of cars is at an all time high. There has already been 10 cars broken into and management has done nothing. There is no police presence at all!

I have lived here since 03/10/07. It's about 6 to 10 mile to Houston medical center and approximately 6 miles to Pearland, Texas via Hwy 288 South. It's a great location. Now that I am a senior citizen I am looking for a place for 55 and older. It is also great for my daughter who is in a wheel chair to, ride the Houston metro lift to her job in Houston. I have never had a break in, in my car or apartment and it is in the HISD school district. I can see the down town skyline from the parking lot and also the NRG stadium on loop 610 South. I am outside the loop, but between 610 s. and beltway 8 south. The two are 6 miles apart. Repairs are also done promptly and in a reasonable time manner. Thanks Jean

The management at these are apartments have gone downhill. Crime and vandalism of vehicles are at a all time high. My neighbors apartment was broken in 2weeks ago and the necessary repairs are still yet to be made. Management does communicate to residents on recent break-ins and vandalism. This morning we were awaken at 5am when someone set off the fire alarm because someone broke the sprinkler system and made the fire alarm go off. This is not the first time that an incident as such has occurred. The children from the neighborhood behind the apartments often jump the fence and come into the apartments and vandalize vehicles. Reports are made to management yet nothing is done. I advise anyone looking to move in to reconsider.

The apartments are very spacious for the price. The complex is very quiet morning , noon and night. The staff are the best they so courteous ,helpful and always fix problems within 1 day.

Pros: Spacious, nice large kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closets. Nice size storage closet on patio. Cons: lack of parking, standard tub (not a garden tub), the fitness center is very limited on equipments. Don't park with valuables at the front office at night due to car break-ins.
