Living at The Standard has been a great experience. From the very beginning, the management and leasing staff have been professional, friendly, and responsive. They made the move-in process easy and continue to maintain excellent communication whenever I have a question or request. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and quality appliances. I especially appreciate the natural light, ample storage, and the quiet, peaceful environment. It’s clear that the property is well-managed and regularly maintained. The community amenities are a major bonus. From the fitness center and pool to the secure package lockers and resident events, everything is well-kept and adds to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. The location is also ideal—close to shopping, dining, and major roadways, making it easy to get around town without hassle. Overall, I highly recommend The Standard to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and upscale place to call home. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and look forward to continuing my stay.
Living at this apartment feels like walking through a minefield — of dog poop. It’s everywhere: sidewalks, grass, even near the entrances. You’d think with all the pet fees and supposed “dog DNA poop testing,” they’d actually enforce cleanup rules, but nope. Apparently, collecting your money is the only thing they’re good at - and don't even get me started on how they deceptively and unethically forced me to pay absurd move out charges for supposed "damages" despite clear evidence brought to their attention. I’ve submitted multiple complaints, and the response from management is always the same: vague promises, no follow-through. The dog stations are either overflowing or out of bags, and nothing ever gets cleaned. It’s disgusting and lazy. Bottom line: if you enjoy stepping over landmines every day and living in a place that treats basic cleanliness like an optional luxury, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration.
BEWARE! There are weekly break-ins, car thefts, or vandalism because of ZERO security and broken gates and doors across the property allowing ANYONE to come inside.

Don't be fooled by how it looks. Behind the scenes it's a joke. Constant crime and cars constantly getting stolen or wheels jacked. Most recently, the garage door has been broken - and *stuck open* - for almost two weeks now and - surprise - more garage crime. Management cannot get its act together to do sh*t about these issues. They ignore them, pretend like they're not happening, or act like they're doing the best they can (Really, you can't get a garage door fixed in a day or two?). Other recent issues: the only guest entry door was broken for 3 months, other security doors broken for days and weeks at a time, roach issues, power issues, ac issues. And I haven't even been here a year. AVOID.
