This is not the building they advertise, management is terrible to work with, there are bugs everywhere that persist, they say exterminators come every week and can come to your apartment upon request but I have submitted many requests and the roach problem actually got worse. Management does not respond to any issues will just send out emails about general valet trash reminders. I would recommend anywhere else as a building at this price you should be getting a lot more for "luxury" apartment living, this is not close to it.

Leasing staff were very nice, always helpful when I come by to ask questions. The room is great, I can't hear my neighbors at all. It couldn't be easier getting on 75 in the morning to go to work.

I love my apartment but they could do better with maintaining the actual buildings. The floors are always dirty and there is always trash which makes me feel like I live in the ghetto and not in the Battery. The elevators are always dirty and because there’s only one, if it’s broken, idk what to tell you. The package system needs to be updated because receiving is always a challenge. I never go to the community events but they do have them and seem to be well organized although they haven’t done any recently. Management changes frequently but this team seems to be quicker with communication when needed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Stadium Walk. A tree fell on my car, resulting in a total loss. Most of the parking that is available is close to this area where there are huge trees that are not well maintained. Despite paying the $15 monthly parking fee for over three years, my vehicle wasn’t even registered in their system. As a result, I was never contacted about any of this , I just went down one morning and to my surprised my car was a wrecked . After reaching out multiple times via email and phone about pictures and the incident report , it's been over a week with no response. On top of that, parts of the accident scene were removed, potentially jeopardizing any investigation or insurance claims. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Would not recommend living here.

It started out okay but just got worse with the new property management company. Place just went downhill fast. Roaches were a regular companion. The entire place smells of weed 24/7. The breezeways are filthy. The trash dumpster is sitting out in the open and gets rank quickly. Car alarms go off multiple times a day. Fire alarms go off weekly in one of the buildings. Often at 3am. In 2 years has a multitude of maintenance problems. The pool which was supposed to close at sundown was the seem of wee hours parties on the weekends. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and would never ever recommend Stadium Walk to anyone. Even people I hate.

Quiet but gorgeous community with great amenities that's a short walk from all the fun at Truist Park.
The new leasing consultants are.nice. However, the prices don't reflect the property anymore. The floors need to be deep cleaned in the hallways. People also don't respect the property. Common areas stay dirty.
The people are great at Stadium walk and there's generally good vibes and have made some good friends living here
Overall I enjoy living here. Neighbors are nice, nobody really bothers anyone. Unpleasant situation with the elevators and staff responsiveness but I do enjoy the location and the amenities.
I just moved in a couple days ago, and I have no complaints. Everyone in the office has been super helpful, and maintenance has responded within hours of our requests.
The maintenance team at my apartment complex is fantastic! They're quick to respond to any issues and always get things fixed right away. Plus, they're super friendly and make sure everything is taken care of properly.
Stadium Walk is amazing. Maintenance and Management staff are great. Property is clean and it's safe. Amenities are great and well maintained. Definitely a place you want to call home

It’s a nice building and apartment, however they force you to pay for “valet trash” Where someone comes and picks up your trash. Your rent doesn’t include the cost of utilities for the entire property, that’s an extra fee. Your parking is an extra fee, the parking management company will ticket residents sometimes. There’s no guest parking and you have to pay for your guest to park over night.
I really miss living here. Spacious balconies, walking distance from the stadium, and the cutest ledge outside your door for decor.

I moved in 10 months ago and while there’s been a handful of new staff members, they have managed the majority of our concerns over the year with ease! They’ve had a consistent cleaning crew cleaning the halls and shared areas, trash valet has delivered services consistently in building 1, and the maintenance staff is so friendly and have fixed anything we needed. Their pictures with Santa and gift wrapping event has been my favorite so far! We are very appreciative.

There are so many reasons why i could tell you not to move here. One being the pest problem is out of control and the pest control company does not do a thing to help. The trash is never picked up and is always stinking up the hallways. My refrigerator stopped working and i had to throw out alllll of my food. Every other day it’s something breaking around here. The gates are always broken, fire alarms are constantly going off for no reason, and packages are ALWAYS getting stolen. This place is literally the worst and i can not wait to move!!

My experience at Stadium Walk has been smooth. It has its pros and its cons. The pros is that the community is nice, rent is pretty average and within market value. The management are hospitable and maintenance typically turn around issues within 24-48 hours. Cons are with trash/valet and pest controls. I've had my fair share of roaches in building 3000. I keep my apartment spotless and I've had to kill my fair share of small roaches to big roaches. It's not ideal. I think it attributes to community trash and valet. Valet trash misses nights. People will leave food and trash outside the building which attracts more roaches and bugs.
So far my experience hasn't been that great. The biggest issue here is the roaches. They have pest control true enough but it has never worked. The trash people always find a reason not to pick up trash. They hardly ever pickup on time. Trash is always sitting in the hallways for days which further escalates their pest problem. The stairs are disgusting, I'm not sure why they haven't paid anyone to pressure wash the stairs. They have someone come to just blow trash and dead bugs away every Thursday. The walls are thin so you can hear every move the person above you makes. Being resident here, you hardly ever have a place to park. My refrigerator is broken and still isn't fixed. My food has spoiled and my ice maker doesn't work. I was told it would be fixed by monday or Tuesday. The only good thing here is the maintenance guy. He does a great job and the leasing office people are nice but that doesn't change the fact that they really need to invest in cleaning this place up especially the stairs and hallways because it’s disgusting. Dog poop is always on the sidewalks. All you smell in the hallways is week old trash, dog pee, and poop.
The new management has done an EXCELLENT job by making this community enjoyable. They truly listen to all of the residents and make sure they’re heard. I see them out everyday walking through the property making sure everything is clean. Not only do I feel safe here but my dog is so happy to have such a friendly dog park squad! I’m truly grateful to live here! It’s been nothing but a positive experience for me!
Overall a great place to live, friendly staff, lots of activities in the community and within walking distance from the building.

Wish I could give 0 star to this complex. STAY AWAY from these unethical folks. We stayed here for three years and things changed drastically when we moved out. We followed up thrice in the last two months before moving out to check if we need to provide any documents, policies around renters insurance, etc. All we were told in the leasing office is just make sure policy does not expire and we moved out ensuring there is no damage anywhere. After we move out, we get a statement saying there are 2 charges for renters violation (which nobody asked me to provide a proof for inspite of asking several times), pixelated image of stovetop damage. Basically, they very rudely told us we dont care about verbal conversation with the front office - we need written proof. Wow, this is the level one can stoop to extract money out of folks who have not damaged anything or violated any rule in 3 years of staying at your apartments with extremely thin walls and older appliances. ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND, STAY HERE ELSE THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS IN THE AREA WHO ARE BETTER AND MORE ETHICAL

I am very happy with Stadium Walk so far. I've only been here a few weeks now but everything seems great. Everyone I've come in contact with is very friendly and young. The complex is remarkably dog friendly which is very important to me. I leased my apartment without seeing it first hand but it was delivered to me in fantastic condition. Everything feels new and clean and has been a joy.

Very peaceful and relaxing community. The pool vibe is something to die for its like living on a resort. I was skeptic about moving to a new city. But I would be renewing my lease and take a chance in this new city. I feel safe and everyone is just so neighborly and sweet. Very great community. It has been a great place to be at. Every time I have a problem it gets resolved within a day depending on how severe is the problem but overall Stadium Walk is somewhere to call home

Great front office staff, amenities, and a beautiful pool but some quality of life improvements would go a long way. Parking, smoke alarms, and noisy front doors are a few rather annoying issues.

My experience so far has been excellent! I have actually recommended two friends to move here and they have both signed different leases and are now enjoying stadium walk as well! It is a safe, clean, nice environment with good looking apartments.

While the apartment has nice amenities, staff are friendly, if you are looking for a quiet residence, it is not the place for professionals who work from home.

Stadium Walk is a secure luxury apartment residence, with a friendly staff. The location is convenient as it is right off of 75, and near the Braves Stadium. The apartments are modern and up to date and the community members are kind.

The apartments are beautiful. Wooden floors, quartz countertops, large balconies, there's not much more you could ask for the rent (it's not very high relative to prices in the Atlanta area). Definitely ask whether you have a Nest/Google Home in advance of signing lease, as those are in slight delay due to COVID and was a slight disappointment upon move-in. All other amenities are fantastic, and the management team is extremely kind.

Love the location. Not toooo close to the Braves stadium but perfect access both to the city, 285, Truist Park, the Battery and the northwestern suburbs. Couldn't be happier a month in.
