      Stadia Main Med is a nice place to reside. No place is perfect but the premises are secure and there is a strong feeling of safety. The management and staff are highly professional and are quick to resolve any issues that arise. I would recommend these apartments to my family or friends who are in search of a nice place to stay. I might add also that the location is superb for easy access to the medical center and downtown Houston.

      This place is going downhill and I would not recommend anyone to live here. It’s not what it used to be 2/10. And the two is only for the convenience of the vending machine.

      I love to be in my unit, I don not enjoy the community. I want to be able to be proud to bring visitors down the halls- because of the low standard I never know what's gonna be in the common areas.

      Let's start with the positive. The office staff is very nice and professional. It's always a pleasure interacting with them. However, the community grounds need improvement. The outdoor cushions in pool area are torn and dirty needs to be replaced. The corn hole outdoor game also needs to be replaced, it's totally rotted. The property is nothing like when I initially toured the community. The security guard is no longer there. First, someone was there all the time, then only in evenings, then only weekends, now not at all. I don't recall a notice indicating that the guards would be discontinued. The security guard was one reason why I chose the property. Overall, I like the aesthetic of my floor plan and the modern look of the apartments. It needs to be cleaner, period!

      Stadia not only has great leasing agents who genuinely enjoy their job and want to make sure your move is good, the area is pretty clean from the places i have seen. Everyone is not raised the same so I enjoy that it’s fairly clean on my floor and the other places i have visited within Stadia. The apartment was clean fairly nice upon my move in too. I was shocked as i did my deep cleaning before I moved in. It made me relax knowing they were able to clean the apartment as if it didn’t have a previous renter.

She stayed in constant contact with me, often checking in daily, and made sure every detail of my approval process was handled thoroughly and efficiently.       Find somewhere better honestly

      Front office is nice but it doesn’t make up for the poor maintenance of the apartment. The hallways always smell and are dirty. Every so often it SMELLS clean but the floors are still dirty and stains from 3 months ago are still there. There was a dead roach in the hallway for 2 weeks so they don’t clean. False sense of security!!! My fob is constantly not working and the sensors on all the doors never work. When I bring it to the offices attention they say someone is coming to fix it but it’s been months. The gates are always broken and when this happens they leave them open. This lets just about anyone the opportunity to wonder because the doors in the garage are always unlocked. The garage is poorly designed with blind spots at every turn. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. The courtyard always smells like urine. On top of this, there have consistently been random charges in my portal. The site we use to pay doesn’t break down the fees and forces you to pay whatever amount is listed. You get an email with the amount of rent due, but then I’m paying this plus those random fees that I have no idea what they’re for. I’ve brought this to the offices attention via email and they never respond. When I go in person they say they saw my email and I won’t have to pay but the charge stays on my portal and I’m forced to pay it anyway. It is just not worth it. I will not be renewing my lease here

      Excellent customer service

      My first full year of living here and the staff as been great from Lauren, Jordan, and Tonya in the front to the maintenance workers and cleaners. The complex is beautiful and I’m always getting compliments when I have guests. Also the security the property has make me feel safe at home. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

      do not move here

      Leasing office staff is the absolute worst. Nice when you move in but they do not care about you once you have signed the contract. Dont do anything about noisy neighbors, outside area smells like dog pee because they dont enforce pet rules, and everywhere smells like weed. My car was hit in the parking garage by a guest and I was treated terribly and received no help by them. I promise you, youll regret living here by the first two months of your lease.

      find another place

      this place is horrible, do not believe the pictures, the staff is terrible, safety is not a concern, cars and tires are stolen and broken into. they also will randomly charge you for stuff when you move out and send the charges to an outside company so there is no way to verify, they falsified my moveout documents and charged me $500 for random things. for a spot on the wall, literally a stain from my boyfriends duRag. the sh*t that ive had to deal with just from moving out is insane, now im dealing with a collections aganecy that literally cursed me out and told me i was broke for not paying. this has been a nightmare. lets not get started on how i didnt have working appliances or hot water the entire first week i moved in. RPM is a horrible company, i would never live on a property they manage, especially for these luxury prices, this place is not luxury... there are way better options. also note... Roaches and ants & dirty hallways, just to name a few.

      AWFUL

      If there is anything you DO NOT want to do it’s sign a lease with Stadia Med Main. Their management is absolutely awful. They will not answer their calls (I had to call 23 times today because they purposely wouldn’t answer). They show up late. They “mistakenly” add charges to the bill. They tell you one thing, then change their mind later. They unrightfully tow cars all the time. They go against their lease. There is a drag across the street 3 days a week until 2 am blasting music that rattles my unit and racing cars. There was a MURDER in the “secure” garage that is always not working this past weekend- and they won’t let people out of their lease even though it is clearly shown unsafe (they are making you wait 60 days and pay those months on top of a double month fee). Oh and there has been rats on my back porch. They gave me a reserved parking spot that I paid for then later told me it’s actually someone’s spot. This place is absolutely awful. Please do not waste your money here.

      You can find better for the price.

      The building ownership has changed and with the change the overall quality has continued to decline. The amenities, location and brand recognition drew me in, but this property does not live up to the expectations. I have attempted to speak with management and they really don't have a set person to address the issues. I placed a verbal order for a service request in the office, since there is no way to do so online, and after 2 weeks there was no follow up. There are amenities that have never been available in my 5 months of living here and I haven't seen a thorough cleaning in that time. If you are in the market for a new place, you can do much better for the price.

      Great Amenities and location!!!!

      I recently toured Alta Med Main and was B L O W N away with the amount of amenities this place offered. Since I first entered the property the whole team made me feel like I was in good hands and knew what they were talking about. Which is always a plus! I will be renting here when I relocate from Austin this summer.

      Very Nice Staff

      The management in the leasing office are always so nice and pleasant. They always speak when I walk by. The maintenance is great as well! They handle any issues I have within hours. I love it here!

      Awesome Management

      I can't express how great the staff is in the leasing office. Every time I come by to visit their always so friendly! I only had one issue, which was out of their control and it was address and resolved immediately. I was actually surprised how quickly it was handled. I've lived in the Med Center for years now since I am a nurse and this by far is the best around! I love my apartment and neighbors as well.

      The community is really nice! I love my unit layout, the amenities and concierge, and the events held my management for residents - that really adds a nice touch. I always feel safe coming home with the security of the community, which was important to me. The area has lots of food and shopping - with galleria less than 15 minutes away, and quick access to the highway.

      Great location, decreasing quality

      I chose AMM because of its close proximity to my job in the med center and its amenities. However, the longer I live here, the less I think the expensive price tag is worth it. When I moved in, they did not have my packet and documents ready. The paint in the apartments is poor quality and will peel/rub off easily. The garage is poorly constructed with turns being too tight. The trash pickup has gotten more and more inconsistent varying from 8pm to 1am and sometimes not even being picked up at all. The halls are often dirty. Management does inspections and enters your apartment very often. They are also very stingy with food at events. Casey can be rude and has made me feel less and less comfortable living here. However, the concierges are very helpful and sweet. I like my physical apartment unit itself and the gym, but other than that, I would look elsewhere unless you have the extra money to spare.

      Similar to a bunch of other reviews, the amenities are great, the apartments are nice and I don't really hear my neighbors unless I'm in the halls (they echo). The only neighbor I know for sure really exists is my upstairs neighbor (I can hear them walking around) but other than that, I really like it hear. The staff at the office are nice and super cool and the concierge are really friendly. Also there's a bus stop right outside the complex which is really nice also.

      Alta has been a great place to live! Mati was an amazing resource on what we needed to do before we moved in. The place is very clean and is very safe. There have been no issues with pests or bugs and I highly recommend living here.

      This apartment complex is perfect if your new go working in the med center. Many of the residents are healthcare professionals as well and the staff is very understanding. The community stays clean and I have yet to have a problem with noise or smoking.

      Great Management

      This review is in particular about the management. The community isn’t perfect as no apartments are. However, out of my 15 years of apartment living this place has the best manager. I had a few complications with moving in (some unrelated to the community) and they were so accommodating. I was so frustrated this day and I just needed a listening ear and they were there for me. Kudos to the team here, I love my apartment!

      This is a terrible place to live. It is expensive, the appliances are cheap, and its in a terrible neighborhood. Look elsewhere

      I’ve been here since about November. I love it. It seems that every month it gets better and better. The service here is the best that I’ve ever had an apartment community and they even have a concierge! It’s worth every penny living here. Thanks to Dennis and his team. You guys are awesome!
