Nice quiet place ladies in the office is great, maintenance keep the place nice people nice welcoming the place is nice overall,I jus moved in well see what it is in 6 months

Since moving in the area is nice and wuiet except on school days (due to me living by the front gate) but its been great. Maintenance is kind and comes asap.

Moving here has been one of the best choices we’ve made. People are great ,neighbors are nice beautiful front park with tons of activities! So glad we found it

The leasing staff is very professional and caring. After a bit of a hiccup during the application process, the team really has shown the better side of their efficiency. Now onto the condition of the apartment that we were given, the reason why I’m scoring at 3 stars. We have 16 maintenance issues that we have to report after moving in. Some are very tedious and detailed and some are simple and should not have been overlooked as a professional in the property maintenance industry. I truly wish that maintenance and rehab specialists were more careful and thorough when turning units. Respect that someone has to live comfortably in the apartment. Really makes for a bad reputation on the company but I believe in holding the proper department accountable. Maintenance/ Rehab needs to do better… You’re one of the most vital parts of a renters’ living

I’ve really enjoyed living at St. Lucia! The management team is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are well-kept. The community is clean and quiet, and I always feel safe. It’s been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment community.

Time for my honest review. This property is truly shady and the office does not care about people they just see you as a number. They will respond that I’m upset that I didn’t get my deposit in return, but yes I am upset that the previous owners didn’t do their job and the current ones will make you deal with the consequences of poor management. They took my whole deposit due to damages the previous owners never fixed. I offered to send emails of communication with the previous owners which they said “the manager could review”. Also I have placed work orders in past for these issues. No one ever gets back to you so I won’t even waste my time. I just want to warn current residents that moved in under greystar or future residents. They also originally lost my 60 day notice and denied I ever came in. they’ll say they fixed it but regardless my notice should’ve never been missing. If you want anything actually done you will have to escalate everything to corporate. The office staff argues back, lacks empathy, and is unprofessional. I’ve been through hell and back with this office. I no longer live at this property and it will be forever be the biggest regret I ever had moving here. Expect to see the police constantly, neighbors are rude/disrespectful/loud (one neighbor hit our car because they felt it was in the way which they boasted about it to our face, yet it was in a parking spot) , lots of speeding and driving recklessly, trash always out. Anytime you have an issue expect the office to say not their problem. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS. They are true on top of everything I added. Living at st Lucia was the most mid experience and I will no longer give credit for people doing their job to the bare minimum if that. Also save the bs response of I could’ve reported these things to the office. You guys have not shown any care or consideration when we have brought issues. I wrote a good review originally because the assistant manger Sharlene asked me to since she “found” my 60 days notice but now that reflecting back I should’ve never given credit for an issue that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place, especially when the “good things” around here are really the bare minimum and for how much we pay it should be the expectation and standard.

Madly Roach infested, management takes too long to fix issues. So many things have gone wrong here. Police activity daily multiple shootings/ stabbings since I moved in 2022

Do not move here. The entire property is infested with cockroaches. The crime is outrageous. The pools are a joke. The facilities are a joke. The staff is rude and uncaring. St. Lucia is a great community that is constantly adapting and changing to work with its residents.

St. Lucia is a really nice place staff is great! Well maintained . Food trucks regularly located near everything Whole Foods and plenty of places to eat !

Maintenance takes forever to come do call , but the time they come you forget that you even put in a work order. Front gate and cameras NEVER work. If anything bad happens on property they are gonna expect you to still pay them instead of breaking lease. There is a lot of gang activity going on and they don’t try to fix it. Don’t get me started on the apartment . They rushed to get us moved in the apartment wasn’t even fully ready.

I lived at st lucia for close to 3 years and never had a problem. All maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely manner. It's quiet and never has any hangouts and is very quiet and safe.

St. Lucia Apartments are great to live in. The leasing office staff are always helpful and friendly when you talk to them on the phone or in person. Every time I put a service request it is taken care of quickly.

SO MANY FEES!! Do not rent here. Residents are charged a lot for amenities they may or may not use. Common area electricity is one of the charges, why am I paying an electricity bill for my apartment and the exterior lights not attached to my apartment?! Seems like St. Lucia should be paying for that and not each of the residents. Crime is very high on property. Since moving here I’ve heard several gunshots and have seen police swarm the property. I hate how expensive it is to live here.

Enjoy living here, love walking my dog around. Maintenance come when asked too

i had some doubts about these apartments due to some reviews left, but i have it a try and actually ended up loving it! the manager Darlene walked me through the apartments and answer all the questions i had, did an awesome job. i moved in a few weeks ago and she even sent me a welcome home basket!! so sweet

I was helped by Darlene. She was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady.

I like living here at St. Lucia. The office staff are really nice. The guys that came to change the dryer were also nice. They were professional. I like taking my dog to the dog park. She looks forward to that. The main I like it’s quiet. I barely hear people outside my apartment.

Attentive office people, we go to work out and I always enter through the office and get greeted and told to have a good work out. They don’t have to do that but they never miss a day! Thanks ladies!

They’re really good at communicating with you with any issues or concerns you have. I feel safe in this community. It’s fairly quiet which is good and all the neighbors really just keep to themselves.

There is poor communication with office staff. It takes several weeks for the office to send maintenance after work order has been submitted several times.

Amazing experience so far! ... The application process was quick less than 48 hours. Also jasmine is very friendly and helpful I hope my experience will stay the same as long as I'm living here.

The move in experience was very efficient once we were approved and all of my concerns were addresses promptly and diligently by Mariah and Rachel at the leasing office both were very kind and respectful very nice community and no issues with noise

St. Lucia is amazing and I wish I would have found this place sooner!! Living here is like having a peaceful & quiet escape from the crazy city life and we very much needed this.

Wait time for Maint tickets to be completed takes way too long even when you have a maint emergency. Constantly dealing with gnats in the kitchen. People checking if your car is registered then towing it if it's not. Going to/Calling the office multiple times for issues and they say they'll send someone to fix the problem but none comes so it never gets fixed. These apartments are not worth as much as we''re paying for them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When i moved in back in December they had md move into a unit that WAS NOT READY. The apartment still had holes in the wall and the apartment still smelted like fresh paint, i have an asthmatic son so that was not acceptable. Told management and they did not care, They told me they would hire cleaners and they never did. When i officially moved in, i hired cleaners and they had mopped the entire unit 4x and the mop water was black and nasty!! unacceptable again. Every month i had to submit a maintenance request because the unit they gave us was just ran down and had multiple issues. From broken appliances to broken cabinets and drawers to electrical issues and A/C issues. In May I noticed BLACK MOLD growing in my bathroom and addressed this with management, she stated she would have mainteance fix this and they never did. IN JUNE A VENDOR CAME A RIPPED THE FLOOR OUR MY BATHROOM AND BOOM MOLD, the leasing office had maintenance out a fan in the bathroom and never fixed it. I sent the leasing office a inhabitability letter and they still did not fix the unit, and then evicted me for withholding my rent until they fixed the problems. Now I am sueing this property. The leasing office does not care about the tenant they only want money... DO NOT MOVE HERE

The application process was quick and very straightforward. All the employees were lovely, and Mariah did a fantastic job at answering all my questions and getting everything ready . I just moved in and I am near the pool, and so far it is very quiet and everybody is very respectful.could not be happier!

We took a tour here with the manager Darlene, she did great at showing us all the options and answering all the questions I needed about the neighborhood and school. Was really great costumer care and the apartments were real nice too!

Honestly i have gone to other apartment complex and i feel like that they have not listened to what i wanted and didn’t care about my concerns they only cared about money. Darlene did a great job providing all the answers to my questions! she helped me lease an apartment at such a great cost. def recommend searching here for an apartment.

Nice apartments! The staff seems very friendly they had a sushi bar when I went to go tour and they made sure to offer even though I was only a visitor!

The application process was made smooth and accommodating by Noelle. Both the complex’s staff and her continued to be kind, helpful and friendly after the contract was signed and move in was completed. Pricing and space for their two bedroom apartments is also competitive. Overall very happy to have chosen St. Lucia and their staff!

This has been my first apartment complex I’ve moved into and overall I’ve enjoyed my time and experience.

St. Lucia has amazing leasing staff that helped me get signed on and located to my new home. The unit 's here are remodeled they look great and the community is nice and quiet

Moved into the apartment Feb 2023. Looked decent enough. Had a couple of issues during the walkthrough. Expressed those concerns and we were told they were going to be fixed. First day we were here,used the dishwasher after dinner and found out that it leaks still(one of the issues at walk thru) it was spurting out the kitchen sink and leaking out the bottom we have had to have them come three times to fix it since we've been here and we've only been here for barely a week and a half. I will say however they have gigantic washers and dryers and they work very well. On the first night of us staying here we literally almost had heart attacks because of how many roaches were all over the place we immediately called down to the office the next morning and a lady answered the phone she listened to my complaints(dish washer leaking and roaches) and then she sent somebody to come and spray the house an check dishwasher. (we still went to Lowe's and bought some bug killer but it's all over the house and it's just not comfy because it looks like sand is everywhere.) easily swept up)But we didn't want to just rely on the spraying( the way the maintenance man came in and sprayed was like he's used to doing this.) Fake wood floors they're not bad they're not scuffed up so get a nice rug and it could be comfortable. I don't know if we were getting special treatment because she knew that we just moved in but when I called the second time in the same week to tell them that the dishwasher was still leaking this time she said I will put you your order on a list but I don't know when anybody is going to come and she asked if maintenance had permission to enter the unit if we were not home and call was over. that's pretty much the issues that we have at this apartment otherwise it does have a pretty dope Amazon apartment locker that is right next to our mailboxes for easy access to Amazon packages. They have a pretty pool with a stonewall waterfall in it. They have a playground they have a couple little areas like this in the apartments. It's a good neighborhood though you can get to everything that you need to get to pretty easily ... Arrive in minutes to just about anything. One odd thing about these apartments though you can't mail out any mail you can only receive mail. There is a post office a couple minutes down the street but if I go check my mail I would like to be able to drop a letter off as well.

They recently changed ownership (May 2022). Previous maintenance was slow. Now maintenance doesn't exist. Work orders are marked complete or cancelled without having even been triaged. Took months to get access to Amazon lockers (blamed on old ownership). Never received permanent parking permit or amenity key. I worry that a neighbor will call to have my car towed for parking in the covered parking spots, which are fewer and fewer. Valet trash service only comes about half the nights they are supposed to, without ever reducing the their monthly fees. My lease cannot end soon enough.

I love the property - she helps me to understand all the things I need to know - and I can sense she knows what she is doing. Thank you - and for sure I will recommend this place to all my colleague .

6 months waiting to get he a/c fixed, as of 5/4/2019, still not fixed. do not rent for these people

We moved in November 2018. There were a few things that were pretty alarming when we walked up to the door. There was still rotten food in the garbage can and pigeon poop all around the trashcan after we had mentioned it a couple of times. Also mostly all of the lights were on and the a/c was turned down to 60 degrees. The lady downstairs as well as the older man next door both told us that they have been reporting squatters in our apartment and that they have been leaving early in the morning. The windows were unlocked so we assume that is how they were getting in. There is a big leak in the sink and it's still progressing all over the kitchen floor and there are old stains like it has been happening for a while. The chandelier looks like it has been pulled on and there is loose wire hanging out. It looks like they tried fixing the sink because there are a few loose wires hanging out in the open from underneath the sink. There was also faecal matter left in the toilet and what looked like a puddle of urine on the floor. We called and mentioned about the squatters and we were told that maintenance would put replacement locks on the door and locks on the windows after he came back from lunch. They never ended up coming to switch out the locks. We will stop in tomorrow to turn in the inventory sheet of the damages, but we wanted to let you guys know about the other problems that are not mentioned on the sheet. We talked to Veronica and she told us to send a email to management about the problems and about getting a discount for the inconvenience of all of the ongoing issues. . We spoke with amanager at the office and she said she would give us a discount bc our Heater wasn’t working all winter and nobody ever came out and we had to keep calling so finally someone came after it’s already getting warm outside and they finally fixed it then she offered us a 100$ discount and when we checked in to ask for it she says that we’re begging for money. Uncasceptsble and absolutely rude. I’m asking to speak to the owner or general manager because it’s unacceptable and also St Luca are not answering my calls and I have to walk down there to speak to someone bc they won’t answer the phones.

Experienced a horrible roach infestation and the office did not want to take accountability for the issue being an on-property issue. Treated me as if I was the reason for roaches crawling out of the electrical outlets and cabinet cracks.
