Bad apartments

Management does not care about anything other than fines. They want your money for every single little thing. There's trash everywhere, maintenance does not pick up after themselves EVER. Worst management and rules to exist

Management and maintenance

Horrible service all around manager makes up rules and puts fines for any little thing it’s ridiculous I received a 150 and then she added another 100 for going to ask what was the reason of the fine which was “ drinking alcoholic beverage in my car” crazy

Pests

It is full of infestation, they charge a fine even for breathing, the surcharges for a single day of delay are high, poor maintenance of the apartments, the manager is pedantic, air conditioning does not work but the worst thing is the cockroach infestation and the manager does not solve it it is more pending to collect fines than to solve the problems of the apartments

The apts the place is quiet but the manager is very arrogant for everything, she charges a fine if one buys the money order on the 3rd and takes it on the 4th, she charges a fine and there is no mailbox to leave it at night, it would be good that the owner spoke with all the tenants later there is an infestation of cockroaches no fumigation orders the cars

bad place

the inside is really crappy the cabinets dont even close there is no air vent in the restroom so black mold is growing its all bills paid you got that but ac barely blows out cold air and manager is rude
