Lovely apartment community with a great location! I love being able to walk everywhere downtown. The apartment amenities are really cool, and I spend a lot of my time on the rooftop, or in the clubhouse. The community managers are great, especially Sally! Great apartment great management despite the train noise I know that can’t be helped. But the constant knocking noise in the walls are becoming unbearable at times.

I didn’t know when I moved here that I would end up loving it this much! The team here (office, maintenance ) are so friendly and responsive. It’s the best location, neighbors are great. Feels a little like downtown living but all the good vibes of a smaller community. Highly recommend!

I love it here. My floor plan is so spacious, I have more storage and outlets than I know what to do with, and there’s so much natural light! If my apartment is a sundae- it’s great on its own, but the amenities of SoMa are the cherry on top!

I love living at South Main Station. It is close to many of my favorite local restaurants and breweries. The rooftop lounge is a great place to watch the sun rise or set, meditate or enjoy a drink with a friend by the fireplace. I love listening to live music at Wibby and hearing the train roll by takes me back to pleasant memories of my youth.

The staff here are very professional and got me into my apartment when I needed to be. The actual apartments are built well, I havent heard any neighbors or unwanted noises. They are quick with maintenance calls. The location is very nice and quick to so many places.

I just signed a lease yesrterday with Crystal at South Main Station. Crystal was super helpful as I insisted we see every avaiable apartment there. She was extremely courteous and informational, and I felt confident making my selection. The facility was very clean and layout well thought out. All the amenties and more are within steps. Really excited to see the roof top lounge area complete. This is by far the best value in Longmont I feel.
