First of all the building is actually beautiful. Both the building and apartments. The two bedroom apartment space is great and I’m absolutely obsessed with the balcony. I love the convenience of having everything around. Publix, the mall, shops, and just being able to walk anywhere I need within 10 minutes.

I have lived in Solitair for over two years, and it has been great! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, which I sincerely appreciated. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool area is a beautiful place to unwind after a long day at work, perfect for sunny afternoons. The gym is another highlight, as it's spacious and has a great variety of equipment. What really sold me on Solitair was the location. It’s conveniently close to major highways, making my daily commute quick and easy. Plus, there are so many excellent restaurants, shops, and parks within walking distance. I lived in Solitair for one year and had a great experience! The location is great and the building is new, with great amenities and new appliances in the apartment. When I first moved in I loved this place. It’s in the heart of brickell and has a great pool. But living here has not been a pleasant experience for me. A week later I became aware of the issues that go on here. The most pressing issue is currently the hot water. The boulder has been broken for 2 weeks and counting now and we haven’t been told when a new one would be put in so our water hot water hasn’t been working. They’ll get the boulder to start working and it will be on for an hour or two then it’s off & you don’t have hot water for up to 72 hours. The next issue is the elevators. One has been broken for 2+ months. Another one Is always breaking. And one is used for move-ins. So sometimes there will be one working elevator and it will take 20+ minutes to get downstairs. On top of all of that, the gym equipment is constantly breaking and since I moved in (6 months ago) only 2 treadmills have worked. There are only 3 benches and 2 are always broken as well. The sauna was also broken for a month. There are other issues but these are the most pressing. I don’t mind paying money for amenities, but to pay the amount I do to not even get the basic needs of an apartment met is frustrating. :( I would choose somewhere else & I wish someone had made me aware of these issues before I moved in.
I have lived here for three years. It is a rare time when all elevators are functional. That being said, residents usually have to wait long times for elevators. In the last three years, the building has had many issues with water. It has been ~10 days since we have had hot water. Lastly, one time there was a fire in one of the service rooms in the lobby and they evacuated the building via email. No horns and strobes, just an email. Imagine if the fire was seriously threatening and you weren't constantly checking your email?

I am absolutely thrilled with my apartment management company and their exceptional maintenance of the building. From the moment I moved in, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Solitair is a great building with amazing amenities. The staff are all super attentive and responsive. Jamie in the leasing office has been incredible with organizing my move and helping me with things in the building. It is also in a fantastic location, right across from brickell city center and easy to walk anywhere in brickell from the building.

Fantastic building and even better staff. Lived here two years and very happy with the place. Jamie in the office is amazing! Recently had an issue with my AC, she was on top of it immediately, within minutes she calls maintenance and Manuel comes by and fixes the AC. The AC then stopped working a few hours later as there was a more serious issue. I called again and they had the AC company come the very next day and fix it! Meanwhile they brought a portable AC to my unit so I was comfortable over night. Just wow. Really appreciate the great service and attention. The door people are always friendly and big shout out as well to Jovens in the management office for being a rock star as well.

I am going on my second year living in the Solitair building and I love it! There are so many great aspects of this building, I don’t even know where to start. First off, Solitair is in the most convenient location, you can easily access all of the most important places in Brickell. Solitair is truly the most central building to all of the things you will want to do in Brickell. Additionally, the units themselves are beautiful. The kitchens and appliances are top-of-the-line and all of the finishes are so nice. I love the modern and clean look. The aesthetics of these apartments are tough to beat. And the amenities are amazing! The rooftop pool is so gorgeous and the views of the city are unbelievable. Also the leasing agents are awesome!!! They are very professional and care a lot about the tenants. Jamie is the absolute best and will go out of her way to help with anything you need! I highly recommend Solitair— it is hands down one of the best places to live in Brickell.

I have lived in the building for over 3 years and have absolutely loved it! The location is in the heart of Brickell, the amenities are top quality, and the entirety of the stuff is wonderful, special shout-out to Jamie and Joe in the leasing office! Jamie and Joe have been amazingly equipped to assist with all my needs and requests and always respond with a resolution in a timely manner. I am so impressed with their work ethic, knowledge of real estate and how they interact with members of the building - always so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They exude professional rapport and have worked tirelessly to build a culture of openness and excellence. From the staff to the amenities 'to the view from the common area floors as well as the location, it's all awesome. The staff, especially Jovens, are super friendly and quick to offer their assistance to resolve any concerns. The amenities are a plus, super beneficial for when you want some downtime by yourself or when you want to spend time with friends. The location has a lot of things near by which is super helpful. I love every-time I arrive home from a walk and enter the beautiful front entrance.

Many reasons for the building being an excellent and amazing home. I've been here 3 months. The leasing and management team are the best. Attentive, caring, professional, overall a very cool great group. The location of the building is phenomenal. It's a safe place as well. The tenants in the building are all down to earth and cool and friendly. A lot of dogs in the building which is always great to see. The views are insane. If you are lucky enough to get into this building you will be very happy.

New management, rude and unresponsive staff, cheap appliances. Save yourself the headache and pick a different place. A new company bought this property a few months ago and service and quality has plummeted since then. There are so many options in Brickell, and this company does not deserve your money. The people at the front desk are rude and unresponsive. They seems offended when you ask them about a package or anything else in their job description. The leasing office puts on a good face, with smiles and promises, but never follows through. Two quick examples on that. First, I had booked the guest apartment in the building for my parents' visit in mid-January. I never heard back from the leasing office confirming the booking, despite multiple calls and emails. When I went down to the office, I was told the new management company had gotten rid of the guest apartment (even though it was still advertised on the resident portal months after they took over). The woman I spoke with apologized and promised to get back to me within 24 hours about an alternative accommodation or credit for my trouble, since my parents now had nowhere to stay. I never heard anything. Second, several people on my floor began setting out door mats recently. The other day, maintenance came without warning and took all the mats. They've apparently locked them up somewhere. I went down to the leasing office, and was informed the apartment had sent out a notice in July (I moved in in September), that door mats were not allowed. The adult way to handle that situation would be to either send an email or letter warning residents that the apartment would be taking people's door mats on a certain date. The leasing office again apologized and assured me they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Still nothing. Elevators are dangerous. There are 4 elevators for the building, but 1 is almost always reserved for moves, and another is usually out of order. That means there are 2 elevators for a 50 floor building! Oh, and the certificates of inspection for the elevators expired in July 2021!!! Appliances are cheap. My microwave only works some days. My stove hood fan barely functions. I put in a maintenance request for that, the guy came up and assured me it worked. I have to open my windows to cook. The washer and dryer stop working from time to time with no rhyme or reason. And the grills on the roof are often turned off or broken. Overall, I urge you to consider a different building.

Regarding doormats, we advise our residents to not place them in the hallways. We collected them during our preventive maintenance in the hallways but should have been returned earlier this week.
