The maintenance request never came to fix my stove. The floors is so thin you can hear the stomping none stop. Dog poop everywhere where they don't clean up for themselves having upstairs having 4 dogs I'm sure they didn't pay deposit for it. Living across the pool area where people are blasting music til 10 or 12am! It's not peaceful here we are moving out asap! I don't recommend this place. Manager is useless

Solis at Flamingo refuses to clean up garbage on property. Their office states that it's not their problem. Call the city. This isn't any place that I would want to live.

only been living here for 4 months and it’s already a lot going on with my apartment! when i first moved in ac didn’t work , floors were dirty and cabinets was broken. the first 2 weeks i seen roaches outside and inside and now i’m starting to see a lot of bark scorpions in my apartment!!!!! i’ve honestly been living out here a year almost two and my last apartment didn’t have any of these problems! i really should of stayed were i was i would not be renewing my lease

This apartment has a great location and the apartments are okay overall. Where the problem lies is with the maintenance. Throughout our lease the experience with the maintenance request has been terrible. There is poor communication to start along with an inability to fix common issues. You will not be updated about your request and will continually have to call to have the issue resolved. A large benefit of living in apartments is having maintenance assistance. Here you will not get that.

First of all, the staff here is so nice. Randy, the leasing manager, is so helpful and sweet. She’s very informative, thoughtful, and kind. The maintenance workers are prompt and thorough and super polite. We’re in the desert, so there’s gonna be a few roaches no matter where you are out here. We’ve kept up with the bug spray and only had a couple of issues but nothing ridiculous by any means. Neighbors are very friendly as well. The apartment itself is beautiful. Super high ceilings, very clean, tons of natural light, and the colors of the paint and floors are gorgeous. Very nicely remodeled with fantastic appliances. The whole layout (floor plan) is kinda weird in a way, but pretty efficient and ended up working out perfectly for us. Unfortunately we have to break the lease and move out of state due to a family emergency, (here’s hoping the move-out process is as painless as everything else has been!) but if I ever find myself in Vegas again, I’m moving back here immediately. This place is horrible. Been waiting 2 months now for a dishwasher. Office keeps saying they lose my work order. And now someone moved in below me that constantly play loud music. Office refuses to do anything about it. I hate living here. Moving as soon as my lease is up.

Worst place to live ever. They raise the rent regardless of fair market value. Any time and appliance has broken, the replaced it with a smaller model. In 13 years, they have never changed the carpet, even when the toilet overflowed, nor have they done any renovations. When I pointed out that other apartments nearby were cheaper for the same square footage, she flatly stated there would be no negotiations. This is a very rude and greedy apartment management company and I would avoid it at all costs.

ConAm took over in 6/2018, the only appliance-related work order in your apartment was for a refrigerator that was repaired, not replaced. Unfortunately, we do not remodel occupied apartments. This includes carpet replacements. Under ConAm Management, we have not had a service request due to an overflowing toilet. Our policy would be to clean/ sanitize and possibly replace the padding under the carpet depending on the situation. Don’t move if you wanna: - wake up with roaches in your face no matter how clean you are - have your car broke into - hear your neighbors fighting all the time and feel unsafe - be hit by maintenance guys constantly and feel unsafe - be charged extra after you moved out for no reason - be charged for pet cleaning when you have no pet and they know it. Wait more than 3 months for a simple call back about it, after stressing the whole time without an answer, just to hear it wasn’t a pet anymore: it was you! ????????????? - no matter how clean and careful you are, no matter if you only stayed there a short period, your deposit is being taken at the end! ??

They’ve shut off our water 4 different times. This time it has been off for almost 12 hours and is still off. They have lied to residents multiple times and given multiple different stories. Horrible company! Do not rent!!!
Very bad apartment. Thieves break in twice my apartment..... No security..... mail box all the time broke (daily basis) ... the gate (most the time broken).... when I wanted to leave they told me no damage in the apartment.... free debate ... then after few months the money collectors called me and asked me to pay 644$ for damaging the apartment. It wasn't furnished only used carpet !!!
I've been living here for about a year and up untill this new management came in I loved it.. The new staff is rude.. I have had many issues with the appliances in my unit, with old management they always treated it as an emergency for fast repair with this new one I have had to wait a week to get my fridge fixed. When brought up to office staff they told me that if the work order is put in there is nothing they can do to help or speed it up!!!
Solis at Flamingo is a great place! Tough to find a nice place in such an uneasy area but non the less this place is awesome! Going through a change in staff, there are some minor things but don't get it wrong, the new staff is awesome! The updated apartments are great. I was able to move in quickly and settle in with no problems at all. My first apartment ever and I'm so glad it was here!
