not the only resident that has issues with defective water heater. given the run around. the seal not good with my fridge. no hot water at all! I am beyond frustrated with this place. too much for too little
There’s quite a bit of attitude amongst the office staff. Simple questions beget really rude answers. Work orders are hardly attended to. Oh and electricity randomly goes off in the entire complex. It’s newly built so you will have spiders and other critters in your unit as well. They only have 10 visitor parking spaces spread throughout the complex and will tow you with a quickness.
Communication is horrible but the property is beautiful with spacious room.
I have toured today with Donald & Karina. They gave me exceptional service and answered all my questions. Beautiful complex with spacious floor plans.
This was the smoothest application process ever. The staff was very clear on what was needed and responded to emails very quick without a hiccup. The apartments are new and really nice and the gym is a nice size as well. I also like the pool which has a covered patio with tables and grills
Do not recommend as there is poor communication. It’s new but need more productive staff
