I had a tour for 1pm I tried the door several times I thought maybe they weren’t openI stood there for 10 mins then I knocked they finally came to the door and said go around the side where the pool entrance I did no one came SMH HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.. If you are scared then that is not the job for you I will be reaching out on a corporate level. My money is green and will go spend it elsewhere. They seen me there the whole time even if I didn’t knock on the side door which I did you knew I was there. I promise you will not do this to anyone else

80 degree ac with it running nonstop. Btw that ends up to a $400-$600 electric bill monthly. You can also expect a $100 or more water bill every month. What you pay in utilities is about half your rent. Pool is closed most of the year they can’t keep up on inspection. Drug needles in the parking lot DAILY. Speaking of the parking lot don’t leave anything of value in your car. Expect your cars to be broken into and your stuff to be stolen. And be sure you know ALL of the websites for the towing. Yes that’s right there is more than one. And if you can get them to work because “your account isn’t found” they will tow anyway even on Sunday. Don’t worry it’s only another $400 you have to pay. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. They will squeeze all dimes out of you be ready to spend! Moving out cost is about $500 too. No deposit but they will charge you big bucks when you move out or switch apartments no matter how clean you are.
I was so excited to move in to these apartments at first and now i’m really regretting moving in here. I can’t wait to get out. Not even a full two weeks after moving here my husband’s & neighbors car got broken into and my car was stolen. When we asked the front office for security footage they stated that none of their cameras were working. We sadly never recovered my vehicle. They have changed management at least twice in the few months i’ve been here and I have seen no improvements my laundry machine has been broken for about a month and It still has not been fixed, management hasn’t even asked to replace It, it’s such an inconvenience trying to reach out everyday for an update. I pay a higher price obviously for the convenience of having a in-unit washer and dryer so for It to not be functioning properly is a disappointment, oh and almost forgot to mention they have a big roach infestation which was not mentions before moving in (obviously) and when i brought It up the first time the front lady said she has never had a complain about this in my unit.. but of course after talking to my neighbors they said it’s been a big problem for quite some time. I do not recommend moving in to this community what so ever.

I am very happy to have arrived at Estrada Oaks Apartments because it has what I always dreamed of. I always wanted to live in a clean and modern place, with gym and pool, and here I found that and more. I checked all the apartment complex in this area and none convinced me as much as this. It is perfect, completely updated, with a huge closet and each area well distributed, ahhh and the best thing is that everything is super close. The person who helped me was Cindy. She gave me extraordinary service that you really feel you're at home. That's why I recommend Estrada Oaks apartments.
I've lived at Estrada Oaks for over two years and I enjoyed the initial staff that worked in the office, friendly and helpful. About 8 months in the complex was purchased, painted, and remodeled, along with new staff being brought in. The new staff has their good days but have allowed for numerous inconsistencies and issues to arise. Ive had multiple pieces of mail stolen and only after several crimes affecting the mailbox they eventually put in locks and a camera to monitor the area. one might ask wasnt it an oversight not to have these in place initially, or maybe even after the first theft. Ive had numerous maintenance issues with my apartment and most were fixed with diligence but my AC was broken over the summer for 5 days and they just kept telling me- its fine. an 88 degree apt in the summer is not fine. Overall the apartments are a decent value and have some amenities, I dont feel threatened or scared while living there - just wish the staff was a little friendlier and proactive to residents needs.

Management is very friendly, welcoming. They are great help, any questions we have they take care of. Since the first day we stepped into the office management was very helpful and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and still do. That is what made us want to move in!
