Property Ratings at SkyHouse Frisco Station
My lease ended today, December 30 and since October with Skyhouse old staff of people that was in the office - I thought that they had everything done and ready to go before this new group came in. November. Three months now it’s like ground hog day. Excuse after excuse. Even though I was finally told maybe two weeks ago that it was accomplished, I had signed it and all until I received rent due notification missing the key bonus in why I renewed :( which was not correct at all. So now another Groundhog Day with an excuse of oh I’m not authorized to fix this, but the manager has to do it and she won’t be in now till January 3. Even though I’ve been asking them to fix this for the last two weeks. And I was told that they sent her an And I was told that they sent her a email, but she STILL hasn’t responded- she is the only one that can fix this!! What is so hard about this. Wondering if I made the right decision ??

Great location and amenities. Front office is helpful but had to do a lot of follow ups to get started. The top floor gym, pool and view is just breathtaking! Overall great place!

Horrible property looking for any reason to tow your car and will not help after their mediocre towing company damages your vehicle, there are not enough handicap parkings and the garage will never have a guest parking open and youll probably get towed from there too.

Recently renewed my lease as I’ve been here since Oct 2020. I have some incredibly good people as neighbors as to why I stay. Also the maintenance are very supportive in getting matters fixed. I also have family five minutes away, which makes it really nice to meet with them at the restaurants nearby.

The overall resident experience is pretty good. The gym is accessible at the top floor, the shared areas are always kept clean, and maintenance is always here the next day after you submit a request. One thing I really like is the locker area that stores your shipped items securely until you're ready to pickup. My previous apartment used Fetch and I once lost an item because it got stolen. A personal concern of mine is always noise levels because I am a light sleeper and have early shifts. While this apartment does have some noise, I would say it is reasonable (my previous apartment was so bad though, honestly any complex would be better than that one). It may be hit or miss depending on who your neighbors are, to be honest. Overall I would recommend especially if you live alone. I would say they have more safety measures than other places, such as only being able to use the parking area or get on the elevator with the building fob.

Amazing place so far. Been here a month and couldn’t be happier. Staff is so nice and willing to help with everything. Triana helped me tour the apartments and she was very thorough, sweet and professional.

Sorry I can no longer recommend anyone live here and that is really sad. I have complained over and over about the daily illegal drug use I have to experience and 8 months later NOTHING has changed. However, they seem to have no issue when it comes to raising your rent! Between all of that and the barking dog in the hallway ever morning and evening it continually gets worse and worse!

Love it here. So far everyone has been friendly and helpful. The view is magnificent! The apartment is first rate. Moving in was easy. The swimming pool, clubhouse, gym and rooftop amenities are amazing! 25 stories high in the sky the view is breathtaking!

The staff is extremely helpful! Concierge is a plus! Overall I would recommend Skyhouse as a go to if you are downsizing. The only downfall would be a cleanliness upon move in. Check filters, lent trays, garbage disposal, and make sure lights on microwave and oven are working! Other than that- maintenance is on point!

This a beauty! The sunset and sunrise views are priceless. The windows all around are perfect. But I think this makes the management forget about the details that actually count. My AC was not working on the day I moved in and it wasn't resolved till the next day. I didn't have to sleep there that night but what if I did? Why wasn't the apartment detailed before a new tenant moved in?
I've been here for over a year. HONEST REVIEW! We've had 3 office managers since then. 1 of them randomly walked in our apartment without announcing herself or apologizing and walked out when she noticed we were home. Neighbors are loud. You can hear them cussing and fighting through the vents. The cops are always here at least 2 times a week for something. The scent of marijuana all through the halls from neighbors. the weekends are like a club downstairs with guests. THERE IS A GNAT INFESTATION downstairs and, in the drainpipes, so they come and go every so many weeks because they are breeding in the pipes. Everyone I know has the problem no matter what floor they live on. IT'S DIGUSTING! After a few months waiting on an elevator to get on with unclean dogs and even less clean residents it get old.

Incredible staff - professional, courteous and friendly. The energy and atmosphere is positive, uplifting and vibrant. The apartment building is always kept clean, tidy, free of litter. The concierge service is a wonderful feature and benefit as is covered parking garage. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering high rise living.

I am a new resident, so far so good! All of my work orders have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The community is fairly quiet and all of my neighbors are so welcoming! Everyone in the elevator greets one another and dog owners respect your personal zone in the elevators!

Skyhouse is a great place and has a great view!! The staff is phenomenal and easy to get ahold of. The pool area and workout space are a definite plus as well.

Been here in Frisco Skyhouse since 2020. Love the area and security service provided here. Will maybe renew another year. What I love most is being in walking distance to many restaurants, parks and grocery stores. :)

It has gotten better with the noise level. Monte & Jose have been amazing with maintenance repairs. Housekeeping is excellent with keeping the building clean. Residents have gotten better with being nice & welcoming to keep the place safe. Front office staff are helpful with the changes. Front Desk have been so great with keeping things a balanced with the people moving in & out. Thank you to the Sky House Frisco Station Staff & Residents!!!!!

I have loved living at Sky House Frisco! The amenities are amazing and the staff is always a welcoming. It feels very safe since you must have a keycard to go up to any floor.

There’s a gnat infestation!! Gross!!! Everyone I know here talks about it not matter what floor they live on. Nothing has been done to it permanently deal with it. It’s quiet throughout the week until the weekend when it turns into a club scene at night with guests. Then there’s the one neighbor that tried to walk into my apartment (checking to see if my door was unlocked)!!! All while my wife and kids were home! The office personnel with attitudes were fired I guess, but overall the building looks nice but it’s not worth the experience or cost. It’s not a luxury high rise like it’s sold to be, but hey the amenities work as they should and there is concierge to send your Uber eats up ??. Don’t waste your time!

I just moved in end of November 2022 and So far so good! Haven’t had any problems and the staff on the property is amazing. I would definitely recommend and refer living here for that luxurious, convenient, and relaxing living experience.
At home here in the Skyhouse! I love the peacefulness and friendliness! So happy I live here. And even more happy that I can walk to get everything I need. Grocery stores, restaurants coffee shops!!
Skyhouse is not what it use to be. They have let a lot of rif-faf in, and I have experienced Schedule One drug use personally by my neighbor. Management is aware but claim all they can do is send out letters. Personally I would look elsewhere if searching for a place in Frisco.
Very cozy, and well secured. Love my view and coming home knowing that it is very safe. Now i would highly reccomend SkyHouse to people that are moving here
Good complex I have been here for over a year. Some of the people got Gansta for a little bit however it seems to be a normal crowd now. The location is great and the views are even better.
