Navette is a gorgeous property with nice amenities however there are constant issues with the elevators.
Has a lot of potential , but the management make it difficult to enjoy living here, elevators are always broken, be ready to take the stairs, no visitor spots on weekends due to restaurants valet taking up all visitor spots, bad water pressure, very volatile rates
I’ve lived there for 2 months and I’m counting the days for my lease to be over so I can move. The elevators do not work and the fetch system for packages is a nightmare. And no one picks up after their pets.

It was a very disappointing first week of my move in. My car got towed without warning or courtesy call that cost me $220 for an honest mistake

Navette is a beautiful community but communication to the leasing team is a struggle unless you walk in but you will have to wait until appointments are completed first. You cannot contact them by phone and emails may not receive a response or it may be untimely.

As I mentioned before, the maintenance of my apartment is not my issue. The maintenance of the building is what needs attention. Why is there money being spent on advertisement TV screens on elevators instead of money being spent to fix the elevators, so that all three are actually working? Why isn’t there money being spent on adding additional machines at the gym or at least keeping the minimal machines we have operating at all times. The way in which the budget is being used is highly questionable and I feel like I am not getting the type of amenities that I deserve for the amount of money I am spending. I will not be recommending the Navette building to anyone .

Navette on the Bay is a great place to live! It is dog-friendly, right on the bay, pool and gym to enjoy. We have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years.
Nothing ever works. Common spaces always dirty. Elevators and everyone’s A/C is down every week. Nobody answers maintenance requests. Way overpriced.
We feel secure here and are not planning on moving for the next couple of years. The main reason is the friendly and professional staff. Of course, the view is grand. I recently recommended to a stranger that he should consider moving here for the value of the rent (at least mine is reasonable), convenience of parking, view, and proximity to whatever he is looking for.
I love living at Navette on the Bay! It is relaxing, beautiful and dog-friendly. The staff is top-notch and very helpful!
Navette does not have an after hours call line. They do not handle emergencies past office hours. Just robots / automatic responses to pacify you. Completely unexceptional for the brand of comfort, safety and community they like to boast about
It started great, until management changed multiple times, its like theres no control. Some amenities still closed for years, used to have valet and security all day. Air conditioner breaks every time, random power outages cause also to shut the air down for hours. Rent keeps going up and service keeps going down, does not correlate.
We really enjoy living at Navette on the Bay. The community is nice, clean, quiet and dog-friendly.

It is a pleasure living at Navette on the Bay. It is quiet, safe and dog-friendly with beautiful views and a lovely pool. The complimentary New Years party was fabulous and a lot of fun getting to know our neighbors!
The Navette staff are very awesome. Bianca made my move in very smooth and welcoming. She’s very professional and nice.
There is only one elevator for a 20-story building (the wait is more than 10 minutes), there are cockroaches all around, old appliances (we are waiting for the repair of the washing machine for more than three days, building materials have been lying in the corridor for more than a month - no one cares ... and this is only a small part everything that happens in the building!
Terrible experience. Consider renting at other communities. I rented online from out of state. The unit was dirty, one of the employees have a side job with a towing company, that comes at least twice a day (my car got tow on my first 15 minutes at the property when moving in) and on my first bill I have 3 duplicate charges.

I enjoy living at Navette on the Bay. It is pet-friendly, clean and maintenance is very timely. I am very happy with the pool and gym as well. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
I think these twin buildings do well in rent reasonable for the area & included. Talked with other neighbors how new management could be taking advantage of residents with increase in lease plus maintenance. Overall cleaning services are well & management does good in giving back
I love living at Navette on the Bay. It is close to everywhere I near to go. The community is clean. If I have an issue, it is addressed quickly. I’ve live here for 3 years with no issues. The staff is always very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Well I've had this unit here for more than 6 years and I have seen the great improvements over the years so I'm happy with here keep up the great work .

This building is infested with roaches Air conditioning goes out all the time Unprofessional staff
Great living situation if you are looking for something a little more quiet than a more traditional downtown/edgewater environment. Staff is great as well as the location.

Shorecrest Club is a wonderful place to live. Beautiful apartments, great views and a maintenance team that addresses issues promptly. Management is very helpful. I have lived here 3.5 years and would recommend Shorecrest Club. It is an ideal location and a great place to live.
Shorecrest is taking a turn for the best; with the renovated units and common areas, a convenient location and great staff, it's becoming a great place to live at!

'-Horrible customer service -will have to wait weeks or months for service requests. -Ive been living here 7 months now and Ive yet to receive my mailbox. Its always coming Monday but Monday never seems to come. -The new key and transmitter updates are complete garbage. The old key system worked a lot better. -It takes weeks/ months for anyone of the staff to respond, thats if they do respond. The WORST living experience Ive had so far and would not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is the location.

The elevators don’t work to go up and absolutely no way of getting upstairs!! People actually had to rent hotels for a few days!!! Under new management and already screwing up! Get it together!
