Overall a reasonable experience for the price. Good location, relatively quiet building. No ventilation in the bathrooms which has led to mold growth, we informed the building of the lack of ventilation and were told that was typical for the building.

Quick responses to maintenance requests and the staff always cleans after they fix anything. Some issues with noise, but nothing that prevents sleep on all but the rarest of occasions.

Overall a nice and quiet place to live. There have been some maintenance issues that could have been addressed before we moved in, but they have been timely with addressing them.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I will be going into so much more detail later, but if anyone is trying to move somewhere in the beginning of November please save yourself the trouble. Go less than a mile away to literally any other property to get your money's worth. I have given managers more than enough chances to do anything right, and it's just pointless and sad. This rating is coming from someone who has worked with property management companies before. Please do not choose Shawnee as your safe and comfortable home space. The only person who does their job to the best of their ability is one of the maintenance men. He is wonderful but limited, and I'm sure it is because of Greystar. Literally that is it. Again, details to come but I will save who I can for now.

you will meet very good neighbors, the place area is beautiful. However, the management is poor, there are mice in the building. the management opened my door without my permission in a non-emergency case and changed the door lock even with even informing me, after two days of asking they gave me a poor answer about unknown one sent a request to change it (I live with my wife and 2 little daughters and no one sent anything). they refused to bring it back because they didn't have it (mostly put it in another apartment). Sorry, but you have to think twice before moving here.

The apartment is clean, the building management is cooperative, the neighbors are nice, only the kitchen, stove, and dishwasher are old, but they are clean and work well. I am happy to live here.

When power went out a couple of weeks ago management did a very good job with keeping tenants informed about what was going on. Also they provided refreshments for the residents ex. pizza and drinks in which I thought was very kind.
