Sentral is genuinely one of the best places to stay in Miami. The location is fantastic — close to great bars, with a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, fast internet, and super convenient vending machines for snacks and essentials. The staff do an exceptional job running the place. Kudos to leasing manager Nataly Cruz. She was proactive and incredibly helpful with all the lease details. I was moving from NYC and super busy at the time, and she was patient and made everything smooth. Daniel and Mike were also amazing hosts and always ready to help with anything I needed. And Carlos Lopez handled maintenance quickly and efficiently every time. Even the cleaning staff is great and they keep the place spotless. I’ve lived in Midtown, Brickell, and Downtown, but I’m staying at Sentral Wynwood again. It really is one of the best spots in the city.

Stayed here for 3 months and was truly sad to leave. Reem was so sweet, welcoming and helpful during the lease sign up process. Where do I start?? The building is fairly new and the amenities are perfect. The gym has everything you would need and more. The pool is absolutely stunning and on the roof. Everything from the palm trees to the plants to the decor is just perfect. Reem was so incredibly nice and super helpful with the leasing process. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. This could not have gone any smoother and I'm very happy with my decision to move to Sentral!

I have stayed here for two nights so far out of a three month lease and I am very impressed with the units, the building and especially the staff! They are all very helpful and respectful hosts. I have worked closely with Lauryn in setting up the lease and she is a great representative for the building management. Her customer service is what convinced me to book at this building and is why I would refer it to friends and family.

We stayed in a 1 bed furnished on the 3rd floor for 6 months. If we didn't have business taking us elsewhere we'd have stayed longer. We LOVE Sentral, the building, community, and team that make the experience. What did we pay? Rent for a 1 bed + den is $2.9k or there-abouts. Pet rent too was 50 bucks or so. On top of this we paid 25 a month to not have to put a damage deposit down. For water, heating and cooling, trash, etc. + the fees above I think we paid like 300. So total monthly expense is around $3.3k. What did we loved about the unit? The den has a bed in it so we were able to host visitors. The couch pulls out too but we never used or tested it. towels, shower mat, and dishware (pots, plates, forks, etc) all included. Art and nice furnishings in each space making it feel immediately like a home and not a hotel. What did we love about the building? SOOOO CLEAN - The team here clean all the time. Its the cleanest shared spaces i've ever seen. Maintenance is freaky fast with responding to your needs and Rodolfo is a 10/10 for his response time and friendly disposition. Pool and Pool Deck - 9/10 - lots of seating from cushioned chairs, to loungers, to tables for dinner parties. No gas fire pit though. fast wifi too so you can work pool side :) Community room or lounge - 10/10 - fast WIFI, 120v plugs everywhere, comfy couches, tons of table options. We loved this space and used to all the time for everything from work to hosting friends to watching our favorite shows with a glass of wine. Gym - 8/10 - Nice equipment. Clean. Dumbbells, smith cage, cable machine, chest press machine, leg curl/extension machine. Mixed cardio including stair climber, rower, and treads. Would love to see foam rollers and bands. How about the people? David, Stephanie, and Alice. These three own the day to day with such composure and grace. I appreciate the level of service and care they give. It really made my morning to come by the lobby have a coffee and chat. David is exceptionally skilled at his job and always a light of kind good natured energy while juggling incoming weekend guest arrivals and the longer stay tenants needs. All with ease. Jack owns the creation of guest and tenant experiences from gift wrapping stations and community happy hours. We attend them all! so fun Lauryn Pleasant - we wouldn’t be here without her. top tier professionalism and white glove care through the leasing process and beyond.

Located in between two large shopping malls with plenty of restaurants surrounding it. David the manager was amazing super informative and helpful with any questions we had. Hands down the most relaxing stay we have had in Miami.

My company rented me a 1-bedroom apartment at Sentral Wynwood while I worked from HQ in Miami for three months. The apartment is great - comfortably furnished (especially the memory foam mattress) and dog friendly. The building is brand new with a sweet rooftop pool. The neighborhood is chill - lots of art, restaurants, nightlife, all that jazz. The staff is what makes living here extra special - really friendly and super attentive to anything you need. I absolutely love this place. On the same day I requested a dresser and second tv for the bedroom Rodolfo and Raul were quick to the rescue. But everyone else here is so amazing and helpful, from David at the front desk to Brianna at the leasing office. Reem and her team are phenomenal people, always available to help with a smile on their face. The amenities are top notch and very well maintained. The location couldn't be any better. We were traveling with a baby and the place was perfect for us: very clean, safe and well equipped. In the kitchen we found everything to prepare meals for us and the little one. In the gym one can have a real workout. The swimming pool is perfect to chill any time. We had nice bars, restaurants and museums around the corner. It was just 15 min walk to Trader Joe's and Target. People staying at Sentral were very friendly. There were some nice events so it was easy to meet the neighbours. The Sentral Wynwood team was always there for us. Thank you Reem, Jack, David and George for taking such a good care of us!

I was in a pickle with finding short term housing and I reached out to Sentral Wynwood and spoke to Reem who helped me through the whole onboarding process. I rented for three months and extended my stay for another 6 months ! It truly felt like home with all the amazing staff ! I love all the features of Sentral with the easy access by your key fob straight from your phone . Smooth easy move in . Roof top pool, 24/7 gym & common work space ! Whenever someone comes to visit I always recommend Sentral ! Rent here ! It’s the place to be in the middle of wynwood! Visiting Nashville in a couple months & Sentral is where I plan to stay ! They have many locations!

Great gym, pool and overall clean and new building. The area can be a bit noisy, but still great nonetheless. Literally walkable to so much. The infamous Wynwood Walls is down the street! It feels very comfortable and everyone is so nice. Reem has been wonderful. She helped with my lease long ago and I've enjoyed it ever since. I have been recommending Sentral to some people and will continue to do so. Reem represents Sentral very well!

I have stayed at the Sentral Wynwood property on multiple occasions. Every time I come to Miami I make it a point to stay there. The pool on the roof is amazing and the views make it even better. The best part of the property is the staff. Reem, Chris, David, and many others are the absolute best! I have never had such a great experience at any hotel or apartment complex ever. Highly recommend Sentral! You have grocery stores, restaurants, bars, museums and shopping all around. The building is fairly new with a nice gym and a gorgeous pool on the rooftop. The apartments are furnished and equipped with all you need. The icing on the cake is the staff. Every single one of them is so great. Big kudos to Reem for her customer service and hospitality. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend Sentral Wynwood to family and friends. It's a beautiful/clean property and in a great location; everything is close by! The apartment had, literally, everything we needed AND SOME. The staff went above and beyond to make staying there stress free. Above all, Reem was fantastic from day one! My 6 month stay at Sentral was wonderful. The high quality kitchen materials and furniture included in the apartment where a life saver that avoided the classic headaches that come with moving apartments. The Staff, especially David, made sure to make every guest feel at home. David would regularly check in to make sure everything was to my liking, he provided amazing suggestions for things to do around Miami, and was overall a kind person that helped Sentral have a sense of community. His attention to detail is impressive and it makes me happy to see someone perform their job with excellence the way David did. I also have to mention Reem who helped make the check in and check out process seemless.

I'm in a furnished Studio... a bit expensive, but it's quite nice. The attached garage is convenient and allows electric charging. The local area is great! There is so much within a few-block walking distance. Front desk staff are fantastic. Reem takes good care of the place and the staff.

Reem helped make my entrance to a Sentral very easy. She went out of her way to help me. The staff is extra amazing, always helpful and polite . David and Jack are great. Rodolfo in manitance always showed up in a flash when needed. I live Sentral and will cherish my year here.

Overall great place to stay. The rooms are large in size with an entire kitchen. About 20 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes from shopping and around the corner from many places to eat. Staff was kind, especially Reem and David who always have a smile on their faces and greet us when they see us around. Definitely enjoyable experience!

We stay here for Art Basel and from the one time we walked, we were welcome with a warm smile and a great gesture of we were here waiting for you by David and Reem at the front desk. The place is amazing the scence smell in the lobby, the Gym and the Roof top Pool are incredible! Definitely we will come back moving forward! Location a plus!

I highly recommend Sentral Wynwood for a unique and vibrant experience. Perfectly situated with Midtown being of walking distance. Great amenities, I personally love the rooftop lounge and pool area with its amazing views. And I spend hours in their fitness center too. Most importantly management is caring, attentive, and a blast to be around.

We have lived in the building for over 1 year and continue to be very happy here! Our experience with choosing Sentral Wynwood as our home started off very well thanks to Reem, who unlike staff in other buildings we inquired, was very responsive and followed up every single time, and ultimately helped us find the best apartment for what we were looking for. Since moving into the building, we’ve had a great experience with the staff who work here. Not only have they been very helpful and friendly with us, but members of our family who have visited us have also left with an outstanding impression of them and the building. The location is great, the apartments are very comfortable, we have never had issues with noise from other units, the security level is very good and the staff have always been receptive and willing to help. They also organize events every few weeks that are actually very enjoyable to participate in. These events have become great opportunities to know other residents in the building and get to know Sentral staff better since they join the events as well. For people who have pets and need to leave town like us, we found McKenna through Rover, who has been amazing at looking our cat. She was recommended by Sentral staff who already knew she has been taking care of other pets in the building. The great thing is that Sentral staff also know her already and the process for granting access to our unit and pet sitting has been extremely smooth thanks to Sentral and McKenna. We would like to send a big shoutout to all Sentral staff who have helped us during our time here, particularly Reem, David, Fitico, George, Jack and Chris. Other amazing staff members who are no longer here, but who left a big mark and to this day we miss include Marie, Chrystal and Eduardo.

Excellent all around. When we moved in, we planned to stay temporarily while we found something a bit more permanent. Fast forward 8 months, we're still residents and love it at Sentral! The apartments are great. You'll have all you need inside the apartment and around the area. Cute little neighborhood with lots to see and tons to eat. Reem from the staff never made me feel like a nag, although I always referred to her for help. Reem also sent me a list of recommendations of nearby spots! Love it- no complaints!
