DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE TO MOVE. There is a reason why these apartments seem to always have vacancies and the move in process is so quick, this place is absolutely awful. Starting with the office staff they play friendly but are awful at their jobs, when there's an issue they said they'll get back to me but they never actually do. I have to keep on top of them if I want anything done. That's with putting in work orders. Sometimes they'll close them out without actually fixing the issue. I have been here almost 2 yrs because of my circumstances but they have been 2 turbulent yrs. Within the 1st 6 months I was here the apartment downstairs flooded and they had to come into my apartment and cut holes in the bathroom wall and underneath the sink because they weren't sure where the leak was coming from. Soon after mold started to build in the bathrooms and the vent drips water. I put in a work order for the dripping water and mold and the offices ladies told me it wasn't mold and I should just keep my bathrooms door open when I shower. Where's the logic in that...don't I have the right to close my bathroom door if I'd like to? Basically they're too lazy to do their jobs and will suggest anything as long as they don't have to fix it. If you're having trouble with the neighbors they'll tell u to go and try to handle it yourself 1st. 1st of that's dangerous you never know how unhinged people can be, it's not my responsibility to deal with their unruly tenants. There are moldy, creaky, cardboard apartments will with roaches and ants that even come out of your shower head. They put "luxury" but their barely liveable apartments. Today was the cherry on top. They had the workers that come in to paint the apartments after hours when they are not suppose to be here. The chemicals they use are extremely toxic and makes the apartments smells of fumes for hrs. I went downstairs to talk to the workers and he said the apartment people told him it was urgent even though it was after hours and they shouldn't be there even the workers let them know it was too late to be doing this kinda job especially with the fumes. It's cold out today and I have to keep my windows and doors open or pass out from the fumes. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE, like I was.

The apartment was awful. Roaches EVERYWHERE. I left the place cleaner than I came into and didn’t see my deposit back. Random people sleep in the “show” room. So glad I got out of there. Didn’t even finish my lease. Couldn’t do it. This place is a joke.

This place is TRASH they don’t fix anything. None of the maintenance speak English the office staff blames everything on the management company which is a LIE it’s them not reporting anything needing to be fixed. DONT MOVE HERE only draw like someone else said is that it is cheap. I’ve only been here 3 months and STILL waiting for things on my move in list to be completed

We moved here when we were in a pinch and definitely has been a miserable experience. The first day we moved in, we had to clean it ourselves. Paint was everywhere due to a messy job. The two bedroom is a joke. It’s basically a very small room and a regular sized room. Since living here there has been two apartment buildings burnt down and a shooting resulting in a dead body and kprc. Don’t not move here. It is not safe

This was my experience, and it might not be yours, but if you do go through the same thing, then now you are aware. I saw the availability for the unit and applied, with the guarantee that the price shown would be locked in. A few days later, I was approved. Great news! They said they would send me the email with the next steps and the lease. Awesome! Days went by - no email. I messaged with no response. I called multiple times for clarification to be told to wait. Coming up on a week until move in day, I still had no confirmation and no signed lease. Yet they wanted me to go ahead and switch the lights to my name? I asked for my confirmed address, and the response was "You don't know our address?" They initially told me that the unit advertised on apartments.com, and on their own website that I applied and was approved for, was unavailable because it needed repairs. Fine. They had a month to fix it. However, every time I asked for an update, if they could answer me at all, they said it wasn't ready yet. They did say that there was another unit available, but that they'd let me know. Then I was told that even that unit was not available. Then I was told that everything was good for the first one that I applied for. Then I was told that it was not. During this entire ordeal, their website went down, their emails were undeliverable, and their excuse was that they switched management. I can understand that. However, they gave me no indication that anything about our agreement had changed. I even called for clarification with the intent of telling them that I was going to look elsewhere because at this point, the lack of confirmation and an actual lease were upsetting. They told me nothing was wrong and everything was still good to go. Ok. So it's a few days before move in time and I'm still waiting on that email and the actual lease. I get call telling me that my unit wasn't ready after all, and that I would be switched to another unit that was over $100 more. They said they couldn't do anything about it. They said that for the initial agreed upon price, I would need to rent the first unit, but that I couldn't because it was still not ready and would never be because they didn't have contractors to fix it, and that the new unit which was the same size was significantly more expensive due to new management. Let me tell you. This is not the first time I've come across a rental bait and switch. They hook you in and make you wait until the last minute to chang

Great community I just renewed I have lived here since 2017 the manager is great she cares about here resident and is very involved with us the residents

My husband and I had a really great experience with the whole application and move-in process. We applied on a Monday and got the keys that Wednesday. They do everything so quick. I highly recommend you talk to Andrea. She made the whole process so easy and fast. Andrea is so nice and welcoming. This is my husband's and I first time renting and she made sure she gave us all the information we need and also answered all of our questions. I highly recommend you come and lease at these apartments.

You will have roaches, the dumpsters are always full and management does not seem to care. I was optimistic about leasing here at first, but after just a few months it was clear that they were just painting over problems until you’re locked in with a lease. Save yourself the headache and filth and look elsewhere.

It's cheap, and that's the only draw. It's near large roads with very loud traffic 24/7 and the parking is pretty awful. The apartment itself is livable but not nice, maintenance is quick but second rate. Things are never really fixed, just painted over. The gates are constantly broken but that's not anyone's fault but the tenants, they keep ramming it with thier cars for some reason. Speaking of tenants, they're very dirty and loud through no fault of the owners. Cockroaches will be hard to avoid because the dumpsters located pretty close to everyone are constantly overflowing. Generally speaking, it's just about the cheapest place you'll find and it shows. Only suitable for dire financial situations, we will be leaving as soon as we are more financially stable.

I visited the property and as soon as I open the door I felt welcome. The leasing agent Crystal welcome me with a happy smile. She was very help full. I met the manager Rebecca and she was very help full and I felt so at home. Going to lease a unit here now.

This is a bad place rumor has it that residents have family members stealing things on their property. Music is blasting from cars and apartments late at night after 10pm security is sleeping on duty. This is a bad place to live. People drinking liquor all out in the public and on the premises as kids are walking around the kids are bad and disrespectful. Their are hookers during the day hours doing things also their are people selling drugs period. I see why? So many people are moving from here.

These apartments are outstanding . its just that right now im having financial issues . I can wake up in the morning and open my blinds to a beautiful sunrise . its quiet elegant and peaceful.

I asked several people if they had bedbugs before and they said yes. I sig ed a bedbug addendum when signing my lease only to have bedbugs 4 months later. There is no communication between any of the employees and the manager is rude and didn't have the decency to tell me that they wouldn't do the extermination. Too much crime that they do nothing about. Neighbor was robbed at gunpoint and they stole her car.. This is the most horrible place I had ever lived.

These were great but now there overrunned and they pretty much suck. The nanger is rude. The grounds are dirty and the park is unsafe. I didnt have a/c for 2 whole months... When i first moved in there were bed bugs everywhere and they never once fixed it.
