Property Ratings at Sapphire Resort Apartments
I would not move here lots of mold, rats, roaches are taking over and etc. They do bare to fix what needs to be fix. So I would keep looking because they will lie.
Mold, mildew, bugs, rats, trash/rubbish all over the place, and a grossly incompetent staff. I can't recommend it enough to avoid this place like the plague it is. Every other resident I spoke with also had mold or bug problems.
Do not move into these appartments!!. They do not fully remove mold if water damage occurs they paint over it. They don't even care if your kids room is moldy they don't properly maintain the living conditions. Doesn't even deserve a single star !
They charge an extra fee for parking and if you park in a wrong spot on accident they have your car towed and have no compassion for thier residents.
Sooo many bugs, parking situation is inconvenient and they have a chiller system for the WHOLE complex. You need your own heater and fans to have the temperature you want. New management is not it
I’ve been in my apartment a few weeks now & I’m loving it. Alyssa was super helpful with the whole process & very welcoming, big thanks to her. maintenance is great and always ready to help in any way possible.

It may look new, but what you don't see is the covering of mold and mildew, cheap paint, laminate flooring 2months old glue oozing and tile popping. This place is a health hazard
I used to live here and moved out due to a new job and now my sister lives here and I love all the new improvements they have added I can tell their really working hard on changing it very happy to see it it’s further best self!
