Property Ratings at Talésai Apartments
Me and my wife were moving out of state and we were very excited to live in this place. But at every turn they make you jump through hoops, and once you jump them, they leave you in the dark about everything. We showed up every day (driving out of state) to do everything they wanted us to do, but made us wait an entire month before any news. Then they tried to charge us another application fee 5 days before ours was “expired”. They shared a lot of rude comments with us and a lot of sass. I do not recommend living here!
One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. DO NOT MOVE HERE! What drew this place to us was the fact they had a big banner that said “ UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” which is usually always a positive thing, but not this place. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, absolute worst AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. My husband and I toured Talesai two months prior to moving in and we really liked it. We gave them ample time to get the unit move-in ready for us. On move-in day, when we were signing our paperwork and getting the keys, the maintenance man said that he just painted the steps and could not move in for another 2 hours until it dries. 2 hours later we come back to move in all of our stuff, we initially did a walk through since we didn’t get to with the leasing lady since they all left for the day. We had a list of a bunch of stuff that was not done, the unit was definitely not move-in ready. Our first night that we spent there, to our surprise because it was supposedly a NEWLY RENOVATED apartment, DID NOT HAVE HEAT. Called the emergency maintenance number and had to leave a voice message. No one came until 10 AM the next morning, only because I went to the leasing office to tell them to fix the issue. 1 month later, in February, we got a bad rainstorm and we had a leak in our roof in the kitchen, main bedroom and closet. I immediately notified the office about the issue and was told that it was going to take about 2 weeks to a month to fix because they were at the “mercy of the vendor”. It is now April and no one has come to fix our roof. Reminded management and the leasing office MULTIPLE times by calling, emailing and even making maintenance requests, but they just kept ignoring the issue and giving the same excuse of “ we are at the mercy of the vendor”. Management goes to the point of marking my request as completed even though no one has fixed the issue. We also found out our air conditioning didn't work, so that was fun in the Vegas heat.

reviews are horrible but overall i give the property 4 stars. the staff care and dont just rush you off the phone. Ive lived here 3 years now and FINALLY we have a opened pool. Cleanliness could be better but what could we expect when no one seems to want to work nowadays! 6starproperties I see your efforts everyday, keep up the good work theres only so much that can be done!

Thanks for the positive review and for the feedback! We are always looking for ways to improve so we are happy to hear you've noticed! Please let us know if you have any recommendations on how we can further improve.
Staff is very bad and unprofessional. Apartments are falling apart and they never fix anything. Rent is expensive and they add so many fees(trash, water .....) Water shut offs happens very often! At least twice a week.

We are saddened to see that your time here has not earned a higher rating. Utility fees are a typical experience for those who live in apartment communities like ours. We strive to openly and effectively communicate changes such as emergency shut-offs to all our community members. If you'd like to discuss your review further, please get in touch with our office.
YES
Thus far the area complex is fairly clean and very quiet
It is in the center of the city, behind Walmart, the 99 cent store is up the street, and so is the dollar store is down the street Ross, TJ Maxx, and restaurants are close by which I just love.
Office personnel was nice and friendly very welcoming , community is beautiful and convenient to all types of shopping
Would - A work in progress that is coming along nicely considering the problems inherited from the previous companies. New Mgmt doing an admirable job with their hands so full!
on maintenance,is excellent and would recommend to anyone.the best I have seen in 9 years I live here. I am sure it would only get better, thank you.
Still waiting for the pool entrance to the gym to be open. I only have time to work out after 8 pm so this has hampered my lifestyle a bit.
I like the layout and design of apartment particularly the several arches within my apartment.
We are located in a good area. The stores.the bus route, the medical clinics, and the doctors offices i
I would recommend this community two others because the leasing team is so nice and warm and I know in the next year or two this is going to be an outstanding Community to live in.
We absolutely love this Apartment home, with all the amenities and the location is really ideal to get to anywhere downtown or Summerlin.
I would recommend it because it is quiet and no one really bothers anyone
We already recommended this complex to our friends. Rent is a bit much but that's something they can't help due to recent inflation.
They are great about fixing things when needed. Very nice inside. Just one problem, they advertise 3 pools and only one is in service. They have a nice gym and tennis court.
My apartment is very nice with a separate kitchen a washer and dryer there is a storage closet on my patio.I am close to stores, places to eat and a bus stop. There is a fitness center. I am across the street to the indoor swap met and post office. Whenever something needs to be fixed they are quick to fix it.
