I’ve just moved to this complex and I warn you don’t do the same mistake. There is no available parking spots and when I went to the office to complain the employee was rude and mean. The corporate don’t answer the phone and they don’t try to solve the problem.

Beautiful apartment floor plans, allowing lots of space. The management team is very friendly and accommodating. My only downfall I would make a comment on is the first come, first serve parking is non efficient. You will be lucky to get parking in front of your apartment and it will make you not want to leave for the remaining of the day. But besides the parking situation my living experience here has been amazing.

San Paloma is a great place to live, however it it deteriorating rapidly as their need to have residents in is making management forget to select quality residents, and we now starting to have loud music, cars driving in playing music loudly, complete disregard to safety and people are allowing non-residents to follow them into the apartment, knowingly well that they were in the visitors lane but move behind them to come in....... San Paloma has been seen as a peaceful community, but we are loosing that, and may have to move out.

The condition of the unit I moved into was disgusting. The apt. was not painted, mismatched window blinds, filthy fridge trays, doors filthy. Ive spent time cleaning doors, wall near toilet disgusting with stain. Management refuse to paint the unit I was told they dont paint in between residents. Theres a residue in dishwasher which I cannot remove. I have nothing nice to say about my move in experience but pure disgust and dissatisfaction.
