Not maintained!!

Property is not maintained for elderly. The brick walkways outside of each apt need to be replaced. All uneven and lifted due to age. The light between building A and B has been broken for 4 years. When fall arrives and time changes it is jet black between the buildings and you can not see the walkway. Anyone coming into their buildings via that walkway after the 7 pm timeframe runs the risk of serious fall. Dangerous for everyone!!! Attempts to have it repaired has been proved worthless. Once this property went under the management of Wildwood Property management the facility has gone down hill. The apts themselves are nice but Wildwood does not respond to any maintenance issues that require money to fix.
