Sage Hollow Apartments can be a decent place to live, offering a seemingly calm environment at times. However, it faces significant issues that undermine its appeal. Car wheel theft has occurred multiple times, yet no noticeable security measures have been implemented, even when the front gate remains broken. Currently, the gate has been left unrepaired for nearly three weeks, with no apparent urgency to address it. Additionally, the property struggles with pest control, as cockroach infestations are becoming more severe. Overflowing trash dumpsters further contribute to the unkempt and unpleasant living conditions.

It’s not home anymore it’s become more of a burden than anything the staff is unacceptably rude and I’ve had enough of the pest requested pest control but no efforts put forward

Management doesn’t resolve issues with upstairs units stumping and running around.. There’s also a roach issue.. My house is very clean but yet I get roaches ughhhh nasty neighbors upstairs with all that junk on the porch..

Again, the staff is wonderful. The front office is great. They do their best to keep the place clean. It’s very quiet children play, but that’s normal but other than that I give 100% five stars for the Sage Hollow employees.

Just moved in. Not sure how my apartment was vacant but immediately walking in, there were cockroaches all around the hardwood and dead bugs in the fridge. I’m hoping after cleaning that it will get better.

Everything is smooth moving in there was a few issues but they didn’t take long at all to fix it. They came within the next day. The apartment is nice and I love the balcony and the closet.
