Sabo Village is a very settled and neighborhood-like community. Most of the residents are mature and quiet, and seem to be sensitive to their neighbors. Many of the residents have lived here for 15 years or more. There is obviously something here that’s being done right. I suspect that there are quite a few people living here who would be very nice to know. It’s just a little bit hard to find them, because the community pretty much keeps to itself. But that’s also a good thing, isn’t it? Another thing I like very much is that the complex does not cut costs on maintenance. If there is a problem like tree damage from a hurricane, or older roofs that leak, or even just fall leaves from the many old, large trees, they have professional help that responds right away and fixes the problems. It’s a very nice place to live.

The recent manager is rude and disrespectful if you try to complain about anything legitimate. The previous manager they fired did a better job at management. If your property is vandalized they won't do anything about it. If you repeatedly report violations against the lease and yourself and your property, nothing will get done. Listen to the reports about stolen or vandalized property not being responded to. Listen to the reports about rude behavior by the manager. I personally don't have anything against her sister the asst. manager, but the other sister is the manager and she can be horrible! She yelled at me for reporting vandalism and harassment! I have been here for 15 years and the quality of life has dropped drastically. It wasn't always this way, but since the new management, it's gone way downhill. The person that was allowed to take over should have been replaced along with the previous manager. They shouldn't have stopped there. Even the Greystar manager is the same person as before. Why did they only get rid of one person, but kept the rest of the staff. I know people need their jobs, but this place needed a fresh start. Everyone except the previous manager was moved over with Greystar and I feel they made distinctions with letting the other lady go and not the rest. I have been disrespected in the worst way because I kept reporting a horrible tenant who vandalized my property and cursed me out, kept me up all times of night banging on the walls and ceiling. When I reported it, what did I get? An email telling me my lease won't be renewed. I feel like I've been retaliated against because I filed complaints about them not doing anything. Well, I've filed more complaints because something needs to be done about the way I was treated, for no reason at all. BEWARE...DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A PLACE THAT HAS PEACEFUL AND RESPECTFUL TREATMENT FROM THE MANAGER. And don't get me started on the incomplete repairs from maintenance, it's ridiculous. Stay away from Greystar properties...read their reviews and see if I'm right or wrong for yourself.

Sabo village is a beautiful community and was back 5 years ago. It's quiet and the office tries hard to take care of any problems and concerns the tenant has. Maintenence is on point you call and they begin to address, my neighbors are friendly and my area is quiet I can rest peacefully anytime of the day.

Sabo Village is a nice place to live. The apartment complex is not up to date with the latest appliances or cabinetry but it is a well kept complex. My apartment was clean and I received new carpet which was something very important to me. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance department is always ready to help with cleanup on site. The leasing staff has done excellent in answering my questions and helping me with getting adjusted to my new home.

This place is really great, nice area, very clean, no bugs, maintained well and if you have any problems they are willing to help resolve them fast and efficiently. They are close to a lot of restaurants and businesses. Lots of trees and most of the time very quiet.

Nice, quiet, office staff are nice, the maintenance work very hard and very helpful. No complaints on that at all! Safe place to live for an apartment.

I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

My experience with Sabo Village has been great so far. I’ve been here 2 months and any problems that has happened in the apartment, maintenance wasted no time and fixing it. The front office staff is very helpful and courteous. Well kept complex with a staff that really cares about there tenant.

It hasn't been all bad. Its relatively quiet and I do love the maintenance on the outside of the buildings. They are kept up to date. It's what drew me here. Overall I have liked living here, but it is definitely not permanent. I can see the complex going downhill in a few years if being honest.
