The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ruth Court
The new management (Edison 47) is much more aggressive about fees (about ~$50 service fee for paying through the same website the old company used), tries to force you to use their app for everything, and will leave all sorts of extra ads at your door. Management is arbitrary and distant--they installed a new sound system right below my apartment, so now most of my apartment can't be used most of the time. When I complained, it was made clear to me that this decision came from higher up in the bureaucracy and would not be reversed. Meanwhile the gates are still broken and the doors often fail to recognize keycards. This is all annoying enough, but it comes on top of being an old building with thin walls, no amenities, and constant maintenance problems. In Seattle for their price, you could do far better.
