Property Ratings at Royal Phoenician
This apartment complex is dishonest and vindictive. They went back and put a $265 charge on my credit report after I was denied for their apartment and already paid for the application fee. Not to mention they also sent the same to my co applicant. Essentially they are triple charging me for a denied application!! I called to discuss this on the phone with their manager and was hung up on multiple times after requesting an investigation. DO NOT TRY TO RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. They will treat you terribly and mess up your credit report!!
Worst apartments I ever stayed in! Wish I could have broken my lease! Roaches are HORRIBLE! Your rent ledger never makes sense they charge for everything! Outside of apartment walls need to be power washed it has no type of appeal just Ew! Don’t even waste your money or time applying here!! It deserves NO STARS!

This property is excellent in my eyes due to the fact that the management staff was very responsive!! The application process was quick simple and easy. There is also a residential portal where you can access everything. You do everything online. Pay your rent, late fees, request maintenance repairs and much more!! This was the most not complex application I’ve ever done.

They lie to me on the phone saying it’s fine to apply even though I told them I’m currently employed and can’t pay the five times rent because I don’t work in state because my other job is currently 4 hours away and decide to not refund my money even though I’ve given them updated versions of my transcripts don’t move in there

I don't recommend moving into this apartment complex. The buildings has bed bugs and roaches. If you report bed bugs the apartment will blame you and charge you $500.

There a really good complex . My apartment was great with no problems. I just moved in there 3 months ago and I like it. It a small area but the price is worth it and affordable.

My apartment community Royal Phoenician apartments is as good as it get here in the Greenspoint area. One of the perks I love is the ability to pay mey rent online and put in a maintenance request and check the status of my request. I was skeptical at first when looking the the old reviews by moving here, but I took a chance. I love the staff and the managment here cause they are professional, patient, and work with tenants on their issues. Chris the assisant manager has done a tremendous job with cleaning up and getting bad ppl out of this community. My neighbors are awesome and we all look out for each other. I signed another year here cause I know they have taken care of me....This is one of the best communities in the Greenspoint area and no they will not let anybody live here... I love my Royal Phoenician
Chris and his team we're awesome. Friendly and made sure my move in was easy. I just moved in these apartments so I really don't know how the area is but so far so good.
