The ladies in the leasing office go above and beyond to be helpful, kind and make sure you are taken care of at this complex (which has been going through HUGE upgrades in renovation) and gets better everyday. I’ve specifically worked with Carmen the most and she’s phenomenal, however if she is not available everyone else in the office will help out as much as possible. They clearly work as a team and I can personally say I am so happy with the management here and know they are only going to continue to improve the facilities as I’ve seen the progress already made in the 6 months I’ve been living here! Highly recommend!!!
The office staff is so amazing and very helpful. Yaniri helped me out and is a very sweet young lady. Karina, the leasing manager is always on point with helping me in my needs.

Apartments do not look like in the pictures. Cabinets are water logged, roach infested, fought roaches for over five weeks. Due to the conditions I couldn’t keep food outside the refrigerator. I had roaches in my bedding, I’m my clothes, in my food. The place is gross. If I could give zero stars I would.

The experience here has been the worst. Employee was actually very helpful . Got us a beautiful apartment. However , theres roaches everywhere. NONE STOP. To make matters worst your own neighbors will criminally trespass your home. We are able to get out however we need to pay back 800$ out of our pockets for leaving since we got a month “free” . We arent leaving because we want to . Theres a police filed crime with a protective order in place that happened here with a neighbor thats not even the lease holder. We dont have so much money to throw out like that in moving and having people help us move over a crime with someone thats not even supposed to be living here. We were offered to move to the other side and I declined after looking at it , reading more reviews and having feedback from police themselves. I have cried infront of them because this situation has me at my worst & have contacted HQ. I thought we were understood but were not . Were just business to them . Theres nowhere in a contract that says we have to pay back that “free month” but thats the only way were able to get out of here . I would never recommend this place again

This apartment has roaches in every building. Our last apartment was roach infested so after days off arguing with the leasing agents and making a complaint to the health department they moved us to a different building on the other side of the property and there were roaches in that apartment too. We’ve been there for a month and we haven’t even been able to live there. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND.

I went looking for an apt there and I just had to write a review, your leasing agent Sesily made me feel welcomed and was very helpful and knew what she was talking about she did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions, I have been to other properties where the staff make you feel unwelcomed and look unhappy to be there. Secily was the opposite that's why I wanted write this review. I am still looking but if I decide to rent here I will definitely give Secily a call! Great customer service!

I always pay my rent online. For whatever reason I was not able to pay online and I called the office Monday to see what was going on. I did not get the service I was expecting.. wait yes I did..I got the same bad customer that I've gotten for the past 5 years. She was talking over me, not listening, talking really ugly, and she even hung up the phone! After work I went into the office and the lady at the desk had better customer service.. not the same lady.. and then an angel walked to the door and called me into her office. She listened to my issues, did some research and sent me away with a better feeling and her word to follow up the next morning. This morning she did just that!! She called me and after a call and a couple of emails my issue was fixed. Then.. She called again to let me know everything was taken care of!! Covered parking $40/mo. Huge plumbing and hot water issues. Monthly insurance fees in lease DOES NOT cover tenant. Pools are closed in this hot city. Office staff IS NOT helpful and will not be honest. Ask questions or you will regret it. Don't do it!!!!!!

Do NOT MOVE HERE ! MANAGEMENT IS RUDE THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL !!! MY CEILING CAVED IN IT I PUT IN A WORK ORDER THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE ORDER I HAD TO GO BACK IN THE OFFICE TO DO ANOTHER ORDER IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO FIX MY CEILING IT HAD A HORRIBLE LEAK IN MY ROOF! THERE ARE POSSOMS EVERY WHERE AROUND THIS COMPLEX AND I HAD A POSSOMS COME INTO MY APT AND THROUGH MY FIRE PLACE AND I TOOK THE PHOTOS TO THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT WAS " NORMAL " .. THEY NEVER WANTED TO CHANGE MY APT ... THESE ARE THE WORST APTS I HAVE EVERRR STAYED IN ... PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THERE HORRIBLEEEEEE MANAGEMENT
I love my apartment. It very big and spacious for me and my kids. When I have a problem maintenance is here the same day or the next day. I feel home.
I've lived here almost a year and was really considering moving to another complex, but recently noticed changes-- for the better. Thanks Ms. Lori for following up to make sure repairs are done to my apartment in a timely manner. Glad to hear the gates will be operational soon also. Don't remember his name, but the new maintenance guy was very polite and respectful as well. The office staff is always a pleasure to talk to. Keep up the good work of steady improvements!!!
I filled out an application for Rock Creek at Hollow Tree. They took my application fees and deposit and we set a tentative move in date. After this they ceased all contact with me for about 3 weeks. I called multiple times and never heard back from anyone about the status of my move-in. Every time I called I was greeted by someone different saying "Oh sorry, I'm new here." and would promise that I'll get a call back. Which I didn't. By the time I heard back they randomly decided to change the date on me, which caused problems on my end. Literally nothing about the process was straight forward. I told them finally that enough was enough and that I was cancelling. I asked for a full refund which they couldn't give to me saying "we can only refund within 24 hours of receiving applications". Which is interesting considering they stopped talking to me for three weeks. I was able to get some of my money back but altogether they walked away with a good chunk of my cash for doing literally nothing. It was an extremely upsetting experience. The day I went in to get my refund (which btw, they had a hard time finding) there was a guy who just moved in complaining to management that he just got an eviction notice...two days after he moved in. This place is sketchy and not worth even a fraction of the hassle. Avoid at all costs. There are other places out there that actually care about taking care of people. This isn't one of them.
This place is AWFUL .... I don't have enough space to write what I really want to say but DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I know every apartment complex will have their pros and cons but this one.... By far the worst!!!
This place would not be too bad if the management would actually do their job. They never answer the phone, and when they do they sound like they have much better things than assist you. They falsely accuse people of having animals that are not authorized and catch an attitude when you tell them no. They are slow to fix anything maintenance related, and when they do "fix" the issue all they are doing is patching over the problem. An example of this would be that my ceiling has leaked 4 times in the less than a year that I have been living there. The first time they patched it and it started leaking again the next day. They came out opened up my ceiling and left a hole there for about 3 days then said "it's fixed" and patched it up again. 6 months later I now have a 3 week old and my ceiling is leaking AGAIN. I put in a maintenance request to no avail. I called, of course no one answers the phones, I go into the office and let them know. They said they will get someone out there. It wasn't true. I called again and someone actually answered I told her that my ceiling is actively leaking and there is mold she said she doesn't care about the mold. So it doesn't matter that my infant is forced to be in these disgusting conditions. They finally "fix" this leak. A month later the ceiling is leaking for the fourth time. Now they are blaming the leak on my upstairs neighbor saying he runs his a/c too much. Umm hello?? It's the middle of July in HOUSTON of course he is going to run his a/c. They finally fixed that leak a week later after I called and left a very angry message on their machine. The only way to get results is to threaten management with a lawYer. A few other things that need attention, the pool hasn't been opened once, the laundry facility is gross, and if your next door neighbor decides to do laundry that say say goodbye to hot water. Did I mention the bugs?? Oh yeah there are tons of bugs. Good luck if you decide to move here.

Have you ever imagined that perfect place where you would run to start from zero? well... this is the most accurately place I've seen, since I got here almost two years ago. it just look like that perfect space where I could listen my heart and own desires.
They don't have enough staff to keep up with the property and the residents requests.
I just moved in to Rock Creek Apartment and so far its not that bad as all the neighbors said. I have not and any major issue with maintenance are parking and every time I go to the off ice anything everyone is nice and friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of space and rent is cheap, but the power constantly goes out. The ceilings leak, cock roaches are easy to find crawling thru your living room. The staff is always changing , unless you stay on top of them about issues they won't fix it. There is trash all over the property and the other residences can be very load !
I PRAY THAT THIS REVIEW HELPS SOMEONE!! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPLEX!! To make a long story short, My boyfriend and I considered moving to this complex. We were moving from Louisiana and needed to find a nice place to reside. We saw over 30 apartments and Rock Creek stood out as #1 immediately..that is until it was time to get everything done for us to move in. 1. They are VERY unprofessional and NEVER answers the office phone. 2. The leasing consultant, Aimee, that was handling all of our information would call me from a blocked number. 3. VERY inconsistent with updating you on information. When they finally called us back telling us we were approved and could move in, Aimee said she would call back with a move in date and I hadn't heard from her since. During that conversation, she also told me to turn the lights on in our apartment. I turned them on and had to turn them off days later because she hadn't even called me back with a move in date!! Then, a week later, while I was shopping for another apartment, they FINALLY called back and it was the manager on the line. She said to me, "Ms. ?, today was your move in day what happened?"..I said "ma'am I was NOT INFORMED that today we were supposed to move in because no one contacted us and we have been calling you and got no answer." I even went as far as to call corporate AND STILL didn't get an answer!! So she stated in their defense that they have been busy, and short handed but also told me that Aimee said she had spoken to me, in which I informed her boss that she was lieing. On a better note, we ended up finding an apartment that we love!! Location and staff is amazing!!! And guess who finally decides to call while we were moving in asking when we're we gonna move in our apartment..AIMEE!! My boyfriend took the call and told her everything and she said that she called our old apartment complex in Louisiana and they said that we still lived there. The NERVE of her! I'm glad he took the call and not me because the choice of words that I had for her was not nice at all..I know I said "long story short" but honestly this is the SHORT VERSION!! Agai get I hope this helps. Might I add that my bf and I are "see it for yourself" type of people and trust me, WE SHOULDVE LISTENED!! ZERO STARS!!
For starters when appling at the residence it is better to walk in and speak with leading agents then it is to call. The phone does ring off the hook and the agents aren't always fast with picking up the phone. Always ask alot of information, this is the first apartment that I have rented by myself and unfortuantely had to push my move in date back because i was not informed about (pro-rated rent) and was not prepared financially for my 1st move in date. I would also suggest that you have a family member or outside contractor come fix any needs in the home. Submitting a maintance request can take a while to actually be looked at on site. The Leading agents are very nice and sweet very knowledgable and honestly was able to sell me into signing up for these apartments. They are very nice, quiet, and located right off I-45. There are grocery stores not to far into the neighborhood and if one day you dont feel like cooking plenty of resturants within a 5 minute drive away. Also right next to a Shell station which is awesome to gas up either before coming home from work or at night when it finally cools down. Complex is very kid friendly, they have a activity room in the community center ( currently the leasing office as the main one is being remodeled) Lots of kids that live in the complex, so children can make friends along with moving into a new place. There are laundry facilities onsite, some take coins others can take a reloadable card. Just depends on what side of the complex you are on because it varies. Overall they are very nice apartments, very friendly and you can just be at home with your family and enjoy the wonderful vibes of just being at home. I'd highly recommend this complex to live in, whether your single needing your own space or a family who needs a little room before moving in to that big dream house.
The location is perfect for me but this is sincerely the worst place I’ve ever lived! I’ve lived in six states and countless cities. The biggest factor is that they landscape with rocks. I’m on the first floor and rocks keep hitting my master bedroom window. The window has been broken for over two weeks. I’ve submitted online requests to have it fixed and been to the rental office three times. They told me that I would have to pay for it and I said that was fine. I just need the window fixed. We have decided to hire someone outside of the apartment complex to fix the window. Another really horrible thing about living there is that it is a dangerous area! They used to have security when I first moved in but no longer do. The gates are always open. I haven’t used my card to enter in three months because the gates are open. My car was broken into in October and someone came into my apartment when I was walking the dog and stole items from my purse and exited my bedroom window when I walked in. I’ve called the police for both incidents. I’m 36-years-old and before living here I had never called the police before. Within 10 months I’ve called the police twice. The pool hasn’t been opened all summer. In fact it’s quite green and swampy! There is trash everywhere. It’s just not a safe, good place to live. I wish I had known all of this before I signed a lease.
