This property is exactly what Columbus needed. The townhomes are extremely spacious and well kept, the staff is overly helpful and as friendly as can be. I’m very impressed with the leasing process and can’t wait to get settled in my new home!
This is a new property with updated appliances and updated overall layout of each home. The property manager is wonderful. She was able to effectively communicate and answer all my questions and concerns about moving in and settling up the basics. Being a new property, it has the potential to become a wonderful community.
Current resident. 2 car garage, great layouts, spacious, and location is exceptional as well. Move in was very easy, property manager Ivonna was great and very communicative. Can do everything online which makes it easy as well. Living the fact these are new builds as well. Looking forward to living here awhile!
