Maintenance will enter after one knock.not appropriate if you're in the shower especially as a woman alone. Cars are constantly getting towed for something petty.. got up to go to work and my car was gone.
It’s a nice neighborhood I go to the grocery store walking distance just torrential kegs out work out at the gym nice friendly people and lovely workers that quick and ready to answer any of your questions
Oh my... RO hosted a paint and sip on this past saturday... I had a blast! We painted, sipped, laughted... Thank you to our leasing office for hosting another wonderful activity. Yet another reason why I am celebrating my 8th year living here!

From living in a rental home with no neighbors or nearby "city traffic" I was very particular on where I was moving to next and still stay reasonably close to Washington DC and must say I am very happy I picked River Oaks from being close to 95 and having several areas for shopping close by all while still enjoying a quiet place to call home after a 12-16hr work day.

Living here so far has been great! It’s quiet and peaceful. The staff are so helpful all the time. I wish some of the residents would stop throwing trash out on the street and putting ciggs out on the steps but other then that it’s been great.

The apartments are nice and spacious. Too bad my carpets were filled with dog hair upon move in that it broke my vacuum. They refuse to give me new carpets. Yes you can smell dog urine and I have allergies.

Nice surroundings and outskirts River Oaks is a livable and fairly quiet apartment community with a good location. However, rent increases and communication with management could be improved.

Beautiful apartment and we love the vaulted ceilings in our unit. Property is overall pretty quiet and well lit at night. Only major complaint is the lack of completion on work orders and follow up from maintenance/office personnel. Ensure that you tour your property prior to picking up/accepting your keys.

We were told that we would get a video of the apartment prior to lease signing… instead was a push to get lease signed. Drove from out of state to be on time for agreed appointment time… got to office, office had a sign be back at 2:50. Returned at 2:55 for another sign that said be back at 3:10. Returned at 3:10 staff was in the office, but sign was still on door and door was locked. Got keys, had to find place on our own. No one even went with us to show us exactly where the place was. We never been here before. Absolutely no one smiles, there’s just a huge lack of professionalism. People say they will do things, and no one does what that say. It’s not just in one area, it’s contagious, seriously! I wish I could show pics of the stove, with what is being paid in rent, there’s no reason for a stove to look like this at move-in. Who would have thought we would have an appliance that looks like this, not to mention the refrigerator, missing shelves, shelves that don’t fit ( too small).

Have extremely noisy neighbors,and I would like to have a few more handicap spots, but all in all this is a great complex. It's close to stores and the highway and the commuter lot.

Great community area, average pricing, love the club house, pool, & gym. No crime or drama. Door trash pickup is a plus. They offer a recycling area as well. Only minus is that a dog park & more pet trash waste cans should be available.

Everything is good but my neighbor upstairs has 2 dogs that sometimes play around all day and into the evenings. There's very little barking but a whole lot of thumping above.

This place is amazing. The front office bends over backwards for the residents. I highly recommend staying here. It’s not noisy and very clean as well.

River Oaks has been a safe, clean and reliable with much privacy community as far I am living in. The leasing office is very responsible and friendly. One important point that I want to share is lack of trash bins in the areas of community for example when I have an empty can of energy drink or something else that needs to be trashed but unfortunately there is no trash bin nearby so I need to walk through mail kiosk to put the trash in the bin, so please make more trash bins available around the community for residents convenience and, this also prevents trashes around community areas. Another thing that I want to mention is about maintenance team, The team members are not very professional and they can’t repair related issues like screen doors, faucets and etc…, so please make sure to hire someone who can analyze the problem of resident and fix the problem perfectly and can avoid delays in fixing the issues. Thanks.

When we first came across this apartment, I never seen it before.however the neighbor looks decent and there’s plenty of store near by so I was pretty intrigued. Once I starting living there I slowly starting enjoy my new home. The living room and the bathrooms are spacious which I LOVE, the rooms are decent.

I’ve been living here since August 2022 and It’s been truly amazing. The rent office staff is very friendly and will help you in any ways they can. The maintenance crew is also amazing And friendly. No issues with violence and it’s pretty calm and quiet neighborhood.

Apt was clean and nice. It was a few things that needed to be addressed but are being handled now as we speak. The rental office is very hands on with getting things done so overall I'm happy!

Had a wonderful time at the leasing office sponsored holiday party! Great food, music and enjoyed reconnecting with some residents I haven't seen for a while. I enjoyed the door prize drawing and ended up among the winners! Great job leasing team... by the way the decorations were also awesome!
