Have extremely noisy neighbors,and I would like to have a few more handicap spots, but all in all this is a great complex. It's close to stores and the highway and the commuter lot.

Great community area, average pricing, love the club house, pool, & gym. No crime or drama. Door trash pickup is a plus. They offer a recycling area as well. Only minus is that a dog park & more pet trash waste cans should be available.

River Oaks has been a safe, clean and reliable with much privacy community as far I am living in. The leasing office is very responsible and friendly. One important point that I want to share is lack of trash bins in the areas of community for example when I have an empty can of energy drink or something else that needs to be trashed but unfortunately there is no trash bin nearby so I need to walk through mail kiosk to put the trash in the bin, so please make more trash bins available around the community for residents convenience and, this also prevents trashes around community areas. Another thing that I want to mention is about maintenance team, The team members are not very professional and they can’t repair related issues like screen doors, faucets and etc…, so please make sure to hire someone who can analyze the problem of resident and fix the problem perfectly and can avoid delays in fixing the issues. When we first came across this apartment, I never seen it before.however the neighbor looks decent and there’s plenty of store near by so I was pretty intrigued. Once I starting living there I slowly starting enjoy my new home. The living room and the bathrooms are spacious which I LOVE, the rooms are decent.

I’ve been living here since August 2022 and It’s been truly amazing. The rent office staff is very friendly and will help you in any ways they can. The maintenance crew is also amazing And friendly. No issues with violence and it’s pretty calm and quiet neighborhood.

Apt was clean and nice. It was a few things that needed to be addressed but are being handled now as we speak. The rental office is very hands on with getting things done so overall I'm happy!

I've been living at River Oaks Apartments since April 2024 and I think it's a great place to live. I was enticed by a rental special they had. I haven't had any major issues and any maintenance requests that I've submitted have been dealt with promptly. The only downside to living here is the lack of a dog park for dog owners. Also, it's hard to get a hold of the leasing office via the phone. But outside of those small issues, I've enjoyed living here and don't have any complaints.

Loud neighbors, trash gets thrown everywhere. I reported a huge wasp nest on my balcony for 4 months and still hasn’t been removed. Rent is kind of pricey for what the complex is.

I love living at my location. It has a great entrance and exit point to get to the interstate. It’s close to multiple places (schools, shopping centers, mall, gas stations, churches, etc.,) which is easily accessible. The community itself is mostly quiet, safe, and the people are friendly.

Living in River Oaks Apartments has been such a wonderful experience. The management is always on top of if, maintenance is always quick, & you feel good about where you live. Have recommended to so many people and will continue to do so.

I have been living here since August 2022 and I have loved living here. The staff members are amazing. They are always there to answer questions. Maintenance always get things fixed in a great time. The only issue I have is not having physical copies of visitor passes.

I love my apartment. Everything is perfect. All the staff are nice. I love the pool , and the property. Everything is nice an clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Quiet community with an amazing front office staff. Amenities and parking is never a hassle and there is on site storage. Never have had any maintenance response issues.

River Oaks is one of the best series of apartments I have seen in Woodbridge, the outstanding cleanliness, Perfect GYM with Excellent workout equipment, nice apartments with nice facilities. I selected River Oaks because of its good location and neighborhood markets, good security.
