Property Ratings at Ripplingbrook Terrace
Maintained quite well and the management is very attentive to your requests, very professional yet personable. The location is very quite and somewhat secluded but close to everything you could want by foot, bike or car.
This is a very quiet and well maintained property. I have lived here for 5 years and love it. The management is great and the maintenance is awesome. It has been a great place to call home. I know my neighbors have been here for 20 years and that says a lot. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home.
I highly recommend this apartment complex if you're in the market for a high-end feel and a quiet community. I've lived here for two years and it's been wonderful. The complex is set in beautiful, wooded nook in the hills of South Salem. The nearby neighborhood is also quiet and well-kept and feels completely removed from Liberty Road. The unit has a luxury feel to it - beautiful trim, excellent appliances, outstanding views from the balcony or patios. Our floor-plan provided a huge master bedroom and the kitchen is the best I've seen in an apartment; very open and great flow through the living areas. The community is probably best for mature adults; loud parties aren't going to fly and there isn't space on the property for kids to run around. There is a nice park at about a half-mile walk, though. Regarding management: a new manager (Lynda) took over within the last year who has been outstanding! Some older reviews mention overly strict management; that's not an issue anymore. Current management is both responsive and friendly. Example: for the first winter storm, we had a note with winter preparedness tips and a bag of sand for our steps. Extremely thoughtful, yet simple. Maintenance seems to always be present and tending the grounds; response on requests is fantastic. This is easily my favorite apartment complex where I've lived. Enjoy!
The apartments are located in a good part of town, and around good schools. The property is well maintained and kept clean. The units have a good amount of space, and good floor plans to choose from. The onsite manager is great, she takes care of any problems a tenant might have in a timely manor. All around these are some of the better apartments in town.
