REVERB at Spring Valley

I moved in to the property in August of last year and Lucy made the process super easy. I am very happy with all the conveniences (24/7 gym, heated pool, mail right outside the clubhouse, Luxer One option for boxed mail, etc.) I hope to continue to stay at Reverb after my lease is up. Super happy with my living conditions.

Wonderful and effective maintenance team! Saved my Christmas! I had plumbing issues and no more than 15 minutes after I submitted I My request they were here and fixed my issues promptly!

I’m a professional who was transferred to Nevada. Reverb at Spring Valley is in an excellent location and an easy commute to my office in Summerlin. The property is older - so my one-bedroom apartment is affordable, large, solid and filled with natural light. Everything is well-kept and clean. The staff has been kind, responsive, professional, and organized. I’m very happy with my choice.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and I can count on one hand the number of issues I've experienced. They've also kept the rent, relative to other nearby areas, completely affordable. The place is always clean and the management seems to care to keep things that way.

Maintenance techs here are rude and lazy, pools are always closed even tho we get charged amenities fees and they charge you for a key fob to enter the property.

The community has been great and the maintenance staff has always been responsive with any service requests.

Reverb at Spring Valley is a wonderful place to live. So close to shopping plaza and multiple nearby restaurants for a family or anyone to enjoy.

Reverb has been a great community to live in. The maintenance staff members are attentive and repair things in a timely manner. I have been living here for about 7 months and have no complaints.

The management team does what it takes to make this place a safe, respectful, peaceful environment. The staff are quick to address needs and concerns . It’s a quaint, beautiful property. They don’t tolerate drama so if your looking for a quiet sanctuary, this is your spot!

Leasing office staff were friendly and informative. Prior to move in I had a whole bunch of questions because this is my first time moving out on my own and the leasing office staff were informative and helpful. The place I’ve moved into is great, it was clean and only had minor issues that were easily fixable.

The property surrounding is Peaceful,beautiful and comfortable atmosphere .Excellent responses on maintenance issues and an amazing good experience in management by the leasing /community manager Maryna

This is a great community to live in. The staff is all great! This is a place you will love to live in. All of your concerns will be handled asap. They even have a dog park for the dogs when they need to exercise or even go potty! I enjoy the gym equipment they have here.. it’s literally everything in there that you need to get a full body work out! No nosey neighbors or complaints here. I love REVERB. ??

This is a great location in South Summerlin and West Spring Valley. Walking distance to shopping and grocery. Short drive to downtown Summerlin and the strip. Very spacious apartments.

There are several reasons that stand out to me that I love about living here at Ely. The staff are all very sweet and helpful in every aspect and they make it easy and enjoyable in helping me out with everything. Maryna has been helpful with lease renewal, as well as answering any questions I have had in a timely and professional manner. Rolly our previous maintenance guy went above and beyond his job and we are sad that he has moved onto work at a different property. However, our new maintenance guys are just as sweet and amazing! Hilda the office manager is super sweet and helpful as well! All around, amazing team which makes living here even more joyful/pleasant. The location is incredible! There is quite possibly everything you could need/want in about a block. Target, smiths, kohls, ulta, Walmart, lowes, Home Depot and every fast food joint you can think of such as in n out, fat burger, chic fil a, etc. The amenities are great and always kept clean. My mom really appreciates that they’re 24 hrs and that the office has a cappuccino/coffee/hot chocolate machine. I really appreciate that we have a recycling bin, which the last apartment complex we lived in did not.

Ely Spring Valley Apartment is highly recommended for your apartment search engine. I have been living here for 6 years and had experience pleasant experiences with the Community Staffs and maintenance service team. Safe ,beautiful and comfortable surrounding areas .Great amenities within the community clubhouse.

Loving it so far, very good location near 215, the staff is the friendliest and made it easy during the whole move in process.

Property always clean ,well maintained. fantastic job by maintenance staff. The leasing office staff has been amazing,consistent and quick response to any questions especially on emergency situations that arises.,both helpful & ,accommodating ,so I highly recommend living here.

Ely Spring Valley Apartments located in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable & beautiful surroundings. The staff managed courteously well & response to solve issues with the maintenance team effectively .

Over all the community is good, last leasing office people really got everything together and improved the over all problems in the community. They walked the community to see what was needed to be improved. We have maintenance people who now care, hope it continues. Only negative thing is because apartments are empty trash goes up which doesn't seem fair to tenants.

Leasing office is always willing to go the extra mile to help, the girls in the office are professional and know what they're doing. Maintenance now is just great, parking areas and some outside areas should be cleaned. Lawn people just blow leaves, twiggs, etc. into the parking areas, never do they pick up in areas not seen.

Ely at Spring Valley is definitely the best apartment complex ever!!! I have been a resident here for over 5 years now and this past year has been the best due to the new changes being made in the complex. I love the community as well as the people in the office. Everyone here is like family and the office staff treat us with utmost respect and kindness! I love all of the new great features that were added to the complex including the new state of the art gym and club area. Also the remodeled pool area has two very convenient cabanas and outdoor gaming areas. These apartments have truly turned my experience into extraordinary living!

I moved into Ely not to long ago. I had a few work orders to have maintenance take care of. As soon as I submitted the work orders through the Elysian app. maintenance arrived within 20 minutes. They handled all my issues so quickly. The property is very clean and quiet. I recommend moving to this location just because the staff is so on top of everything!

This was a good when it was Hampton gardens and Santos was manager. "Ely" a California company bought it and has made a nightmare of living here. They have added several fees for amenities prior to having any new amenities except a useless miniature dog park that is filthy. Most recently they just added 180.00 to my rent for cable. They mysteriously billed me for 2 months. No mention of this happening just added it to my rent. I have cable and the cable I want, not their cable choice. You can barely get around the moving trucks as people are scattering to get out of here. Their answer to the cable is too bad you have to pay it. Cable cannot be forced on tenants. The manager is non existent and they always have a new person in the office to buffer the complaints. Maintenance requests do not get filled as the maintenance crew is busy renovating apartments so they can charge even more and leave paying tenants to be without fixes. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
