Draper Area, a park-like suburban section of Draper, is about 20 miles directly south of Salt Lake City and just west of Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This residential neighborhood is made up of sprawling golf courses, shopping centers, and picturesque parks. Reveal is one of the best places we have moved into. The pool is amazing, the staff is incredible and overall the place meets my expectations especially the gym & it being so pet friendl. Me and my boyfriend have now 4 months of living here and we love it! The buildings are clean, and the amenities are so great and spaceous, I love getting into the hot tub, everyone is super friendly, and the team member at the leasing office are great!

So far we’ve loved living here. Appliances are a step up, property is kept clean and free of trash or damage, the overall build quality seems better than others that cost more or the same, technology for security and hvac is nice, halls are clean and smell good. The staff up front and maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues we have are taken care of promptly and communicated efficiently. All of this makes the $$ well spent. Only negatives right now is the parking situation is tedious due to the construction next door as well as sound pollution from all the building. But this is only temporary. Adding to this, if you’re an EV owner you are forced to buy a garage as that’s the only way to charge. Adding exterior chargers would be a massive pro for those who can’t get garages due to the long waiting lists. But again the property is small and more exclusive so these things sort of make sense. Overall I’d highly recommend this property!

Great place to live, only true downside is that other people don't have the common sense to pick up their own dog poop. The Maintenance guys do god's work patrolling throughout the week to pick up after people.

I’ve been living here for several months, and it’s been a great experience. The views are amazing, with gorgeous sunsets. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym—it's spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for daily workouts. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient; they’ve been quick to resolve any issues I’ve had. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I also love the location—easy access to Front Runner Station makes commuting a breeze, and there’s a bus stop right nearby for extra convenience. Harmons is just a short drive away, so grocery trips are a snap. The staff here are excellent, always friendly and ready to help with anything. Highly recommend!

Reveal is the best apartment I've ever lived. The staff and maintenance crew are great and responsive. Atleigh on the management team has extensive knowledge and is able to provide resolution quickly. Her professionalism is outstanding!

This complex has been great. The staff, especially Vanessa, have been wonderful to work with! They made the process of moving as smooth as possible and are always trying to help make my life easier. We just moved here a couple days ago, and the experience had been fantastic so far! VANESSA has taken care of us since the day we came to check it out, and has set us up with everything we need to get settled: Wifi instructions, butterfly mx setup, valet trash services, renters insurance recommendations, and even a Yeti cooler as a housewarming gift!

This community is great! The office team not only made my move in so seamless, but they also were so kind!! The leasing staff went out of their way to make sure that I understood everything about my move in. The maintenance team is also TOP TIER!! I feel like so often you get maintenance that is super unresponsive, or lax. Not here, they were so prompt with their repairs and responses. Overall. I totally recommend Reveal!

The Big Reveal for us happened after we moved in. We figured since the building was new and we were one of the first tenants that our unit would be inspected and ready to go. This was very far from the case. Upon move in we have had the following repairs within the first several weeks of living here: 1. Our Oven was broken and needed to be replaced. 2. Our Dishwasher was never hooked up, and the water line needed to be connected, 3. Our bathroom fan was broken and made a terribly loud rattling noise, this needed to be replaced, 4. Our hallway lights would flicker each time we turned on our ceiling fan, and the light-switch would even spark. 5. One maintenance worker even damaged our personal property while attempting to fix the ceiling fan. Now we all know mistakes happen, but the biggest reveal about Reveal was their unprofessionalness in handling these issues. Instead, of trying fix the issues and reimburse us for the damage caused, we were never responded too like a nice kid on prom night. This is not a company you want to do business with. Also, incase you really love the look of the apartments here's some other factors you should consider before you move here: 1. Location - It located right off of the highway - this means NOISE. 2. You see that railroad track across the street? Yes, that thing runs multiple times per day and will cause you apartment to shake. The first time we experienced this we thought it was an earthquake. 3. Construction – These apartments are not finished yet and there’s constantly construction outside.

Having looked at many similar apartments, I chose Reveal, and moved in at the end of April '24. Vanessa and Naomi are wonderful to work with during my move. Both are professional, friendly, and immediately addressed and concerns or questions. As a new building, issues do occur requiring maintenance. The Maintenance Team too is responsive, provisional and have resolved the few issues my apartment had quickly. For me, Reveal is quiet, clean, and conveniently located 3 minutes off I 15, an easy 25 min drive to SLC airport, and many shopping options within 10 minutes.
