The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Residences at 3295
This is the worst place to live in Seattle! They tell you it is secure, that's a lie. In the first two months my storage was broken into and no one told me! The emergency lights didn't work most of the time. The front door was broken into twice! The building caught on fire this past April. They didn't offer any concessions until 3 months later. And the final straw, in Oct my storage unit was broken into again, after they promised to replace the doors, and no one informed me. Save your money and live somewhere else.
I went for a self guided tour and the elevator was broken so I climbed 6 flights of stairs only to find out that there was no lockbox on the unit I was supposed to tour. I called the leasing company and kept getting redirected to voicemail. The hallway floors were torn up and there were about 10 construction workers there. I went up to the rooftop to check out the "balcony" and it was full of trash bags and discarded construction materials. I emailed the company and days later and still, no response. What a completely rude and unprofessional thing to do. I literally traveled from 45 minutes away to look at these apartments.
I lived here for about 3 years, and in the beginning management was wonderful. During my stay, management changed and wow did things go downhill. I moved out in November 2019, and at the rate things improved around this place I imagine nothing has changed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Oh my gosh I cannot express this enough. Literally anywhere else in west Seattle will be better for you if you’re looking for a new home. Stay far far away for this garbage fire. Management is awful, the building is not maintained in any sort of way. Is there maintenance? Other than the scary ted bundys y’all hire/ fire every so often? The rooftop is a literal safety hazard (before the construction obvi). The ceilings / walls are PAPER THIN and you can hear the resident sneeze above you. They NEVER answer the phone, so good luck getting help with anything. Oh, and expect a large move out fee as well. Since all the reviews below reflected the wonderful management prior, I just thought I would give an update! Thanks for reading.
Craving the West Seattle life, are you? Well, The Residence at 3295 may be the place for you! The building is directly next to a bus stop that is 2 stops away from downtown, so that is one thing this place has going for it. Being so close to downtown make the rooftop deck even better because you get an amazing view from up there! Another thing that makes this place so great is the people, I have been here for about a year and everyone I have interacted with during that time has been super nice, including both the workers and the neighbors. Considering quality of these apartments and the prices of other nearby places, The Residence at 3295 is pretty fairly priced. I have lived in 3 different apartments here in West Seattle since I packed my bags and left my east coast life behind and The Residence at 3295 is my favorite and I think it will be yours as well!
