I’ve had a really good experience living in this complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the residents are pleasant and quiet, and the apartment itself is spacious and well kept. The location is amazing for the price point with tons of great restaurants, shops, and local things to do. The only negative to the complex is parking availability at times and the gym and pool are a little too small for the size of the complex. Those things are minor in comparison to everything I love. I would recommend Garden Oaks to anyone looking to find an apartment in the Greater Heights area.

I have had an good experience at The Reserve at Garden Oaks Apartments. The complex is quiet at night. Maintenance is fast whenever I put in a request. The pool and community is also kept very clean. The office staff is always friendly.

I wanted a community that was like a group of homes as I was used to; not like a building of offices or dorms. My livingroom furniture in my house went into the living room at the Reserve at Garden Oaks. It’s also important to me to have plants and they will fit on my patio.

It’s infuriating that the boiler could possibly go out, much less consistently. It literally blows my mind. Also, a family moved in straight across from me on the corner and they have insane screaming parties most nights of the week. I’m looking for somewhere else to live. I have enjoyed my time here until I didn’t. Love my office ladies tho

Love the area and the complex itself. Maintenance is very good at responding and fixing issues. Scenery is really nice and relaxing and the ladies in the office, Josephine and Mahogany are very nice, friendly, professional and great at what they do! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

I would give 4.5 stars, but it wouldn’t let me. Overall I like living here. The location is great and they generally do a good job of addressing issues. Sometimes there can be ongoing problems (like right now the hot water has been going in and out for 5 days), but it doesn’t happen often enough for me to look elsewhere.

Generally pretty chill, friendly neighbors. Occasional noise from loud cars, the train track behind the complex, or people having conversations in the parking lot. Not a ton of parking. Unit itself is nice, and it's also great to have a pool and an Amazon Locker on site. I did have a maintenance request get lost because they had confused it with another problem, but once I showed them the actual issue in person they fixed it fairly quickly.

I have lived here for almost two years and really enjoy it. There are no problems, and the maintenance service is great. It is amazing and clean. I enjoy living here every day, and the neighbors are great, too.

I've been here almost 3 months and can honestly say these are great apartments. I got a few notes on my door from trash pick up but they were nice just letting me know when I made a mistake on how I left my trash out. Other than that it's a quiet community and the staff are all very helpful and nice.

It is very quiet and comfortable, I love living here . We have great features such as weight room ,and nice pool. They even pick up our trash . And of course a doggie park

My experience at Revereat Garden Oaks has been pleasant. The pool and apartment community has remained clean. The one maintenance issue I had was fixed quickly.

The staff is sooo nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in they explained everything to us, answered every question we had. The atmosphere was great i know we're going to LOVE living here.

This is a small and friendly community! Located in a great place, everything you may need is 5 minutes away. Buildings are well kept up and service requests are answered same-day basis.

Staff very friendly and the process was easy. All correspondence is very detailed. The website also lets you know what apartments are available. I would recommend.

Great choice of floor plans and sizes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to submit documents online and then several more times which was redundant.

The residents here are quiet and very nice. The complex is kept clean, specially after these storms that we have had recently (derecho) and repairs have also been made as quickly as possible. Maintenance is also quick to respond to residential repairs.

So far I love my experience! The amount and depth of surveys Reserve at Garden Oaks sends out has been unique and refreshing, and they seem to value the input of their community very highly. The leasing team is very knowledgeable and responsive, and it made my move in much easier.

This place is very nice, the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, trash pick up is always on time and the grounds are very well kept and stores, parks and other attractions are very close in this area. Nice place to stay.

Apartment community grounds are clean. Maintenance gets thing done. They welcome pets it is an environment that is pet friendly.

Wonderful community! Great neighbors and helpful staff! I have lived here for over two years and I love it here. Would highly recommend Reserve at Garden Oaks if you are looking for a great place to reside with easy access to all major highways and locations.
Been living here for 1.5 weeks and love it. Very quiet, safe, and clean. Walking distance or a short drive to several restaurants.

We have lived here for over 2 years now. Maintance staff is the only reason we haven’t broken our lease yet. We cannot wait to move out of here. The office staff has been very rude and we’ve had to nag Josephine when there are problems. We also have to nag her to get a response. Just yesterday someone’s tires were stolen and the office didn’t send out a notice. There has been theft in this community and the residents receive no notice, but don’t worry they’ll make sure you know the holidays hours! Also if it wasn’t for the maintance men, who by the way are awesome, there would be dog poop throughout the whole community. Just wish the front office ladies would put in the same effort that the maintance men do. Neighbors are friendly! Again, we will not be resigning.

Very safe community. Close to medical services. Easy access to any main arteries of transportation. The great changes coming on Shepherd Rd and all surrounding areas.

Lived in the community since December 2018 and have never had any concerns or issues. Office staff is always friendly and the maintenance team has quick responses and always friendly and helpful. Ive lived in two different units and was provided a smooth transition. Great, quiet place to live. I do not have any complaints.
